Gates of Vienna News Feed 10/2/2010

Gates of Vienna News Feed 10/2/2010The news feed is thin tonight for some reason. Maybe it’s because all the really significant news of the day came from Berlin.

For the first time in decades, Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA) is facing a serious electoral challenge. A previously unknown Republican has come within striking distance of Mr. Frank in the upcoming election.

In other news, a number of Islamic schools in Britain have adopted dress codes that require girls to be veiled. Meanwhile, Iran has arrested several Western “spies”, who it claims are responsible for the Stuxnet worm’s attack.
