Another Prophet-Insulting Dutch Movie

While all the focus is on Geert Wilders, another Dutch politician is making his own movie guaranteed to win him death threats and send Muslims into the streets burning and looting from Hamtramck to Mindanao.

Ehsan JamiI’ve mentioned Ehsan Jami previously, and VH wrote about him in a post earlier today. Jami founded an organization for ex-Muslims after being kicked out of the Labour party in the Netherlands for his apostasy from Islam. He has been physically assaulted and injured, and lives constantly under the threat of death.

But that hasn’t stopped him from making an animated cartoon about the pedophile prophet. Here’s a brief summary from Radio Netherlands:

Dutch ex-Muslim producing The Life of Muhammad

The Hague — Former Dutch Labour Party politician Ehsan Jami, the founder of the Committee of ex-Muslims, has announced that he is producing an anti-Islamic cartoon called The Life of Muhammad which will be released on the 20th of April. The film will show a sexually aroused Prophet Muhammad with his nine-year-old wife Aisha.

Members of the Muslims and government contact organisation, CMO, who have viewed a section of the film, say they will go to court in an attempt to have The Life of Muhammad banned. The organisation has described the The Life of Muhammad as totally unacceptable and extremely offensive.

Mr Jami announced last year that he was planning to make a movie. He said the film would be shocking and even more controversial than the Danish Muhammad cartoons.

The last few months have demonstrated that insults and ridicule are definitely the most potent weapons in the counterjihad arsenal. From the Motoons through the Modoggies to Fitna and now Jami’s movie: ridiculing Muslims and exposing the absurdities of their beliefs sends them into paroxysms. It ties them up in indignant knots and draws away energy that might otherwise be expended on jihad.

Think how many AK-47s they could have bought for the price of those ads in Danish newspapers.

However, it’s a dangerous and expensive undertaking to ridicule Islam. Prominent practitioners have to live with bodyguards and pay massive legal bills to fight the lawfare mounted against them in reprisal.

All in all, though, it’s probably the safest and cheapest alternative.

GREAT BLOG!!!!! Let me know where I can find a copy of Fitna, and The (Low)Life of Muhammed, and I will do so, as well as redistribute them among my peers. I will donate what I can to his legal fund. I had forgotten about the siege of Vienna taking place on 9/11. Great read. We will be victorious.

Just to get some details right: Ehsan Jami founded his committee for ex-muslims before he was kicked out of the Labour party. He announced that he would start such an organisation in spring 2007. That caused a lot of unrest in his party, but it wasn't the reason why he was kicked out. The central committee for ex-muslims was founded on 9/11 2007. Ehsan Jami was kicked out of the social democrat party on October 13th 2007, after the publication of an article he wrote together with Geert Wilders. In that article, they compared Mohammad to Hitler and apparently that was a step to far for the Labour party.

@ Skender: You are right about the official timeline. Behind the scenes members of the Socialist Party though already where busy finding a way to "neutralize" him or push him out.* They where just waiting for the right moment.

"THE HAGUE, 05/06/07 - Labour (PvdA) has been trying to muzzle a young PvdA member who is fighting for the rights and safety of Muslim apostates. An internal memo shows that the party fears the campaign of Ehsan Jami will cause it electoral damage and enrage Muslims." [...] "Jami received hate mails from PvdA executives."

Seems like almost everyone here understands nothing about Islam, and this lack of understanding causes disrespect. Don't judge a religion without understanding what is behind the crust, otherwise NO religion in the world make sense, and I mean it.
Just a small hint, I live in egypt and I know how bedouins girls and ladies who live a rough life in the dessert are, and as you know nature affects people, a 9 years old girl in the hottest part of middle east, is basically sexually matured and developed as a 17 or 19 years old girl in a cold country. So when Aisha was 9 years old, she wasn't a child, and you know what I mean. If you are talking about the wrong reaction of muslims around the world (burning flags and stuff, which IS wrong) then please watch what you write against BELIEFS of other people. If a media war was raised against Christianity or Judaism, or seikh or Hindus or what so ever as it is declared now against Islam for the sake of American economy to sell weapons everywhere,I can assure you everyone will be laughing as well :) not because the religion has stupid things, but because people dunno the ideas behind the actions. May god forgive you all.

Insha Allah, Ehsan Jami will rotting in hell soon.
Ehsaan was ousted from labor party for his own political reasons and he is maligning Islam for that. Waht kind of justice is he doing.
I sincerely believe that he is an ignorant lad who has no idea of what he is doing. I mean, who can be so cruel about a person who spent hours and hours praying for the people of this world.
Holy Prophet(P.B.U.H) was the one who for the salvation of mankind got himself into so much trouble nobody cannot even imagine.
Ehsaan should understand this thing and should stop this wrong doing.
This is blasphemy and I am sure he will be making even God his enemy by doing such a bad deed.
Ehsaan, I only pray for your hidaayat. And if your arrogance overcomes it then be ready to face a bad end.
