Pay-Per-View for Iranian Women

Sheikh Taj El-Din Hamid “Catmeat” Hilaly is an imam in Sydney who gained notoriety for saying the following about the wanton infidel hussies of Australia:

If you take out uncovered meat and place it outside on the street, or in the garden or in the park, or in the backyard without a cover, and the cats come and eat it… whose fault is it, the cats’ or the uncovered meat? The uncovered meat is the problem. If she was in her room, in her home, in her hijab, no problem would have occurred.

Here’s an Iranian version of Catmeat Hilaly. Of course, there are still quite a few normal people in Australia, and Sheikh Hilaly’s viewpoint is an anomaly. In Iran, however, the concept of women as chattel is widespread.

Many thanks to Shabnam for the translation, and to Vlad Tepes for the subtitling:

What if the "uncovered meat" is carrying a gun with the intention of shooting the first "cat" that bites?
