And this isn’t in Scotland or even the North, but Shropshire — close on the Welsh border, but in the middle of England.In other news, the People’s Liberation Army has completed a highway to the most remote area of southwest Tibet, so that China now has the capability of moving troops quickly to the disputed frontier area with India.
