Attempted Murder of EDL Leader?

Update: From the English Defence League Extra:

Hi, it’s Tommy Robinson,

A Muslim with a shot gun attempted to shoot Kev. They threw rocks at his window to draw him out of his house. He and his family are with armed police. I also have a police guard at my house.

They won’t stop us. We will continue. We will defend ourselves.

Luton demo would still go ahead… even if one of us was killed!

As always — no surrender. Not now! Not ever!

From Logan’s Warning:

I was just informed by a mate in the UK that one of the leaders of the English Defence League (EDL) was shot at by a Muslim in full jihad mode.

“It is with regret that I have to give you this expected news, but tonight we have seen the religion of peace in their full glory. One of the EDL leaders Kevin Carrol has been targeted by Muslim gangs in Luton and has been shot at several times. Details are a little sketchy as armed police have the area contained at present. Kev and his family are safe I can confirm that much. More info to follow.”

See Logan’s Warning or this forum thread for more.

The EDL have only brought this on themselves because hate breeds hate. They are just as extreme as the extremists. The only way to conquer extremism is by banning the EDL. Then we shall be safe from Islamist terrorism by demonstrating we are not anti-Muslim.

etc.

Homophobic,

Why do you crave being denounced by other people?

Homophobic Horse ...I say the name suits you well.

Thank G-d for the EDL is all I can say and for exposing Islam for the evil cult it is.

HH,

That may well be the way some in the mainstream media portray this event. In reality it's a complete fantasy, as anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear knows. The simple facts are: Religion of 'Peace' -> attempted murder -> armed police required to make the area safe. I wonder what Theresa May makes of this event. (See link.)

I think HH's comment was satire, especially because he adds "etc." Also, his nic has a story I don't remember, but it's the same type of provocative humor that doesn't mean what you think it means. OTOH, it's not my kind of humor, because if you're not in on it, the joke's on you, and maybe it's not worth it to be that subtle with people you don't know well.

It's kind of stupid to be "funny" in such a context. Anyway, not harm done.

I'm curious if this news is reported in the MSM?
