Who Are You Trying to Seduce?

Below is a two-minute teaser from a feature, “My Hometown Fanatics”, that aired tonight on BBC3. According to the Beeb’s blurb:

Stacey Dooley investigates:

Stacey Dooley investigates what is going on in her hometown of Luton and finds out why it is known as the extremist capital of Britain.

Many thanks to Vlad Tepes for uploading this video:

As you can see, Ms. Dooley’s account of what’s going on in Luton looks pretty reasonable, especially coming from the BBC.

However, according to one of our English correspondents:

The final message of the BBC3 documentary is, “Ignorance is what causes extremism” — very much the BBC message. What a betrayal!

The full documentary is not yet available online. As soon as it is, readers can judge for themselves.

“Ignorance is what causes extremism” Very Stalinesque indeed. Because one realizes they don't mean the sort of classical college education in the humanities that used to be the norm. But instead indoctrination classes led by closet or even open Marxist professors who despise Western Civilization and everything associated with it. So no Aristotle or any of the Enlightenment authors.

Instead the neophyte will be get be studying the works of Derrida, Aronstein and the works of a host of other Leftist professors, so as to destroy what little critical thinking skills the student has. And replace reason with dogma - their dogma.

I can see why British culture is dying. You have these stupid, ignorant liberal woman who have this self-proclaimed journalism that provides them with the reasoning to combat anything that goes against the prevailing toxic ideology of the state ie. multiculturalism and Islam is peace nonsense. I love how there is no examination of the history of Islam and the underlying reasons for the existence of such a hostile religion. When the EDL second in command mentions a valid point about integration, it is never spoken of in high esteem for the rest of the film. Talk about liberal, marxist trash. Although, you can't expect much from this nobody journalist who the BBC is going to turn into one more reason why Islam is so beautiful.

So Muslims are ignorant? Is that what they're saying? Because the only "extremism" going around is Islamic extremism.

You can't be an "extremist" by pointing out that other people are extremists. Otherwise whoever made the comment at the BBC would themselves be an "extremist" and therefore, ignorant.

"One belief, more than any other, is responsible for the slaughter of individuals on the altars of the great historical ideals -- justice or progress or the happiness of future generations, or the sacred mission of emancipation of a nation or race or class, or even liberty itself, which demands the sacrifice of individuals for the freedom of society. This is the belief that somewhere, in the past or in the future, in divine revelation or in the mind of an individual thinker, in the pronouncements of history or science, or in the simple heart of an uncorrupted good man, there is a final solution. This ancient faith rests on the conviction that all the positive values in which men have believed must, in the end, be compatible, and perhaps even entail one another." - Isaiah Berlin.

The irony! The Muslim women are so completely covered in abayas that they can hardly walk, yet they are accusing this non-Muslim lady of interferng with their freedom. All rational thought has been erased by the Islamic ideology.

Ignorance is what causes extremism

Indeed, and a very good reason to not waste time on BBC. UAC is a case in point.

And she looked frightened - instead of telling that man to "get his **$*! finger out of her face before she breaks it", she tried reasoning.
The culture says: "Bow and you will kicked. Kick and they will bow to you".

These people know that they are not being 'suppressed' - if they were they would be too afraid to protest.

Just in case people outside the UK don't know, this is typical of the dumbed down, realty type tv broadcast on BBC3. And all BBC stations have this live and let live attitude.

Also, see Dooley's other so called investigative journalist work eg sex tourism in Cambodia which was equally bad and made no attempt to tell or even get at the truth.
