When do we get to burn Pakistani flags every time a Pakistani does something somewhere in the world that offends us, a little more serious than a cartoon, like dishonor killing his daughter, strapping on suicide bombs and killing innocent strangers, hoisting placards in London that exhort killing of the Infidels/us or praising Hitler?
