Serbian authorities have canceled this year’s Gay Pride march in Belgrade, just as they did last year. The event had been scheduled for next Saturday, but bearing in mind the violence surrounding the march two years ago, officials have canceled it again.
In other news, Oxfam is calling on the World Bank to stop investing in companies that take up agricultural acreage to grow crops for biofuels instead of food.
