The French National Assembly voted overwhelmingly to ban the burqa, with only one MP voting against the measure. A government minister described the burqa as a “walking coffin”.
In other news, students in the United Arab Emirates are going to join teams that help run American space missions, as a part of NASA’s outreach to the Muslim world.

This is my first comment on this blog, and all i have to say really is. Good on you France, your an inspiration to us all, i only wish that my government ( The Australian Labor Party ) would ban it too, but we all know that they are far too gutless and left wing to even think of doing such a thing.
