The Armed Enforcers of the Fascist European Superstate

EUROGENDFOR 5

“EGF, the EU’s Gendarm Force to combat citizens who are disobedient to the Lisbon Treaty…” (source)

The European Union is often mocked as a toothless political entity that lacks any military power. There has been talk of an EU-wide army, but so far most military functions remain with individual member states.

EUROGENDFOR 1Internal security is a different matter. Brussels has quietly organized an outfit called EUROGENDFOR, the European Gendarmerie Force, which is designed to quell riots, uprisings, and other forms of violent internal dissent. According to the report below, EUGENDFOR is preparing to deploy to Greece to prevent a possible descent into violent anarchy in the wake of the country’s severe economic crisis.

Our Flemish correspondent VH has compiled an extensive report based on articles at Het Vrije Volk (Dutch) and Kopp Verlag (German), with additional material from other sources:

Will the special EU-unit be deployed in Greece?

by Udo Ulfkotte

The economic crisis and the resulting growing unrest offer the EU government in Brussels a welcome opportunity to quietly test the deployment of a ‘secret’ EU force, which was established to put down uprisings in the EU. This secret unit is called EUROGENDFOR, has its headquarters in northern Italy, and is now preparing to leave for Greece, to be deployed against the population of an EU country.

EUROGENDFOR 3There is something brewing in Greece. The protests of the citizens in the urban areas are becoming more violent. While the Germans advise the Greeks to get up earlier and work harder, anger rises in the Greek streets. In Brussels, all preparations are being made to for the first time employ the ‘secret’ EU force to crack down on uprisings. Most Europeans have never heard of this ‘secret’ unit.

Brussels’ paramilitary gendarmerie

The staff of the European task force of 3,000 troops has its headquarters In the Italian town of Vicenza [in the “Generale Chinotto” barracks], and is called “EUROGENDFOR”. It was initiated by the former French Defense Minister Alliot-Marie after the French had to deal more and more frequently with internal uprisings of Muslim immigrant youth with street battles and looting. With the powers of the secret service, the equipped unit must in close cooperation with the European military guarantee the ‘security in European foci of crises’. It is its duty as a police force to crush rebellions. More and more EU countries are joining EUROGENDFOR.

VH interpolates these notes:

Full Members: Gendarmerie — National Gendarmerie (France); Carabinieri — Carabinieri (Italy); Royal Marechaussee — Royal Marechaussee (The Netherlands); National Republican Guard — National Republican Guard (Portugal); Gendarmerie — Gendarmerie (Romania); Civil Guard — Civil Guard (Spain). Partners: Polish Military Gendarmerie — Military Gendarmerie (Poland).

From the Eurogendfor website: “…the EGF HQ is now developing a comprehensive and coherent operational system, which will permit to be ready in case of prompt deployment to crisis areas. EGF goal is to provide the International Community with a valid and operational instrument for crisis management, first and foremost at disposal of EU, but also of other International Organizations, as NATO, UN and OSCE, and ad hoc coalitions.”

Note: Turkey joins the European Gendarmerie force as Observer. “Furthermore,” Furthermore EGF states: “…it is excellently suitable for deployment parallel with or immediately after a military operation to maintain public order and safety as well as in situations where local police services are not (sufficiently) deployed. Since January 2007, the EU has in theory always had two battlegroups on call, each comprising at least 1500 combat soldiers.”

Returning to the article:
- - - - - - - - -
EUROGENDFOR 4EUROGENDFOR is nothing else but a paramilitary police unit which in times of crisis can be deployed instead of the regularly army, so as not to raise the impression that an army of the country itself would fire on its own citizens. To that purpose the secret unit EUROGENDFOR exists. The European Gendarmerie Force could theoretically be deployed anywhere the EU sees a crisis — for example, when an EU country does not ratify the Lisbon Treaty, or against the will of the central government in Brussels wants to leave the EU. It’s in the Lisbon Treaty, which regulates the deployment of EUROGENDFOR.

The cross-shaped sword in the arms of EUROGENDFOR symbolizes the unity, the bay leaf victory, and the flaming grenade the common military roots of the police unit. The motto “Lex Paciferat” means “The law brings peace” [or “The law pacifies”] and stresses “the principle of strict relationship between the continuation of the fundamental legal principles and the restoration of a safe and secure environment”.

Deciding on the strategy of deployment is a “war council” in the form of a ministerial committee, composed of the Ministers of Defense of the participating Member States. The unit may on request, or after a decision by the EU, be deployed. In Article 4 of the establishing treaty, the duties of the unit are described as follows: “Protecting the population and property and maintaining the public order during activities of public unrest”.

During deployment, the troops of this paramilitary EU unit must indeed commit to the laws of the state in which they are stationed and deployed, but: all premises and terrain that are seized by the troops are immune even to authority of the state for which the troops operate, and not accessible. Accordingly, the EU juggernaut also suspends national law to combat uprisings. Whether or not the citizens want that.

Rebellions and protests

EUROGENDFOR 2EUROGENDFOR is a rapid deployment paramilitary police force with the powers of a secret service. It combines all military, policing and intelligence powers and all resources which it may exercise after given the mandate of a ministerial crisis-staff in any theatre to combat any disturbances, riots and major political demonstrations in cooperation with national police and army troops.

The German Ministry of Defense praises EUROGENDFOR on its Internet site with the words: “Police and army: a European gendarmerie promises the solution.” Nevertheless, Germany does not yet participate in this unit with its own troops, but the Ministry of Defense has already stated that with the Feldjäger (military police) they will still have a good military police. Also the German government expects serious internal uprisings — namely when the economic crisis comes back, the naïve promises of politicians have blown away, and the funds to alleviate the suffering of the people are empty.

Lisbon Treaty II. The Face of Dictatorship: EU Preparing for Armed Gendarmerie Against Treaty-disobedient Populations [in English]

“Ad omnia paratus? (Motto of Northern EU rapid reaction force, meaning: ready for everything) The coat of arms of the Nordic EU battlegroup is since 2007 depicted as a castrated lion at the request of female Swedish soldiers. The Times: Coats of arms containing lions without genitalia were given to those who betrayed the Crown.”

EUOBSERVER / BRUSSELS 8 Sept. 2009 — The Swedish EU presidency wants defence ministers to have a closer look at the bloc’s quick response forces, which so far have never been deployed due to a lack of consensus among member states. “The concept of EU battlegroups is good, but they have not been used until now. We want to have a political discussion on why this is the case,” Olof Skoog, a diplomat representing the Swedish EU presidency told members of the security and defence committee in the European Parliament on 7 September.” Last year, Stockholm co-ordinated the set-up of the Nordic battle group, comprising 2,800 soldiers mostly from Sweden and also from Finland, Norway, Ireland and Estonia. The endeavour cost Sweden more than €100 million. “We made the investment in order for the battlegroup to be used.”

2. A few notes:

Parallel to the Lisbon Treaty, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Portugal and Spain founded an armed “gendarmerie”, a Military police force (EGF, ratified in Noordwijk, the Netherlands in 2004, operational since 2006) aimed at crisis control: “its purpose is the creation of a European intervention force, which will militarize police (a.k.a. gendarmerie) functions and specialize in crisis management.”

“EGF responds to the need to rapidly conduct all the spectrum of civil security actions, either on its own or in parallel with the military intervention, by providing a multinational and effective tool. The EGF will facilitate the handling of crisis that require management by police forces, usually in a critical situation, also taking advantage from the experience already gained in the relevant peace-keeping missions.”

The Netherlands further takes part in the EU rapid response force of EU Battle Groups with a mission that is similar to the EGF (crisis). The EU UK-Dutch Battle Group (this spring stand-by) and EU Battle Group 107 (stand-by this autumn).

“The EGF responds to the need to rapidly conduct all the spectrum of civil security actions, either on its own or in parallel with the military intervention. Based in Vicenza. EGF’s goal is to provide the International Community with a valid and operational instrument for crisis management, first and foremost at the disposal of EU, but also of other International Organizations, as NATO, UN and OSCE, and ad hoc coalitions. Turkey joins the European Gendarmerie force as Observer.

Quote May 14, 2009: “In a written statement released on Tuesday, the Italian Embassy in Ankara expressed pleasure over the fact that Turkey would for the first time participate in an executive committee meeting of the EGF which was scheduled to be held in Paris yesterday. “On the occasion of the previously mentioned meeting, Turkey’s entrance into the EGF with the title of observer will be registered. Italy has always pointed out the importance of having Turkey included in the EGF. The aforementioned development is once more proving the importance of the role played by Turkey in strengthening the European security system,” the statement said.”

Furthermore, it is excellently suitable for deployment parallel with or immediately after a military operation to maintain public order and safety as well as in situations where local police services are not (sufficiently) deployed. Since January 2007, the EU has in theory always had two battlegroups on call, each comprising at least 1500 combat soldiers.”.

Since January 2007, the EU has in theory always had two battlegroups on call, each comprising at least 1500 combat soldiers.”.

Quotes from comments at The Telegraph:

Well, most continental countries have armed, paramilitary bodies of riot-police, whose job is to ensure that an unruly populace does what it is told. This is the ultimate tool of government in countries that were invaded by Napoleon and/or had fascist or communist dictatorships (practically all of them). So the EU, in its wisdom, has already created its very own body of armed paramilitary riot-police — the European Gendarmerie Force (EGF). Have you never heard of it? Do you think this is just a Europhobe’s wild imagining? Well, go and see their own official website: www.eurogendfor.eu. You’ll see that their nucleus has been drilling and training in Vicenza, Italy, for several years now. They have been in Kosovo, they have sent a contingent to Haiti. There is a treaty, the Treaty of Velsen, to give it a legal basis. The EGF is now officially in the service of the EU. So far there are six participating EU countries, but it can be deployed in a non-participating country with the “agreement” of that country, ie of its government. By the way, our own government was asked in Parliament (by UKIP) for an assurance that it would never grant that agreement, and the assurance was refused. Think what that tells us about our own government’s intentions.

So if Germany, via the EU, tells Greece to apply harsh austerity measures against its own people, it will have the means to make sure that its orders are obeyed.

It will be called “European governance”.

* * *

The Greeks as stated can simply refuse the EGF entry. OK lets assume they are pressurised in to letting them in then what do they do? They will be met with violence by the Greek protesters then what do they do? Every busted head will be caught live on video and be on UTube within the hour. A death will mean the end of the EGF for good and it might just take the whole bonkers EU project with it.

Do you think even the insane bureaucrats in Brussels will play for those stakes?

Yes. — VH

Ah yes, another bad French idea. I support all European peoples who fight for their continued existence. That includes the native French, who I know have tremendous odds against them. However, when all is said and done, it is an undeniable fact that France has played a disproportionate role in creating Eurabia and this totalitarian superstate. I recall when the EU Constitution was first proposed, written by a pompous clown of a French ex-President. It was hailed as an "enlarged France" before the referendum there. Yes, but did you actually ask other Europeans whether we want to live in an "enlarged France?" Why should we, when France is busy committing national suicide? Were they referring to the thousands of monthly car burnings, perhaps?

France has many great qualities, but an awful political culture.

To serve as a reminder, the death penalty has also been brought back to Europe thanks to the aformentioned Lisbon-treaty. Rebellions and uprisings are crimes supposed to be punishable by death. So far nobody has been executed yet unless they have done so in secrecy. Maybe the greeks will be the first to "test" the new death penalty? Indeed EU has become a fascist superstate.

Dang, this is scary stuff. I've heard Obama is planning something similar in a fully trained civilian army as big as the current national military. I don't have any sources at the moment, but I believe it's a direct quote from the campaign days.

Still, I can only imagine the pain this EU army/police force will bring. And a castrated lion, seriously, somebody has issues with men. I can only hope once its used the people will seriously beat wholesale @$$ and get rid of the EU.

Sadly, as goes Europe, so goes the US. America's already incredibly weak and unless Europe pulls some crazy stuff and makes it work, I doubt the US will have a chance of learning from their success or failure.

Shadowes! Can this really be true?Death penalty in Europe? Do you possibly have a link to a EU-document where this can be found? I am stunned, I am shocked, if this is true.

Cavatus, I haven't saved any links, just saved it in the corner of my mind but I'm positive about having read about it more than once. Of course it has been hidden in the text as to make it hard to find. But I'm sure somebody else on this site could help you. It's not an hallucination!

Cavatus, just google the lisbon treaty and death penalty and you get lots of hits.

Oh. Would that include: "If you want our bailout package, please let us do something about the riots, please?"

By the way, our own government was asked in Parliament (by UKIP) for an assurance that it would never grant that agreement, and the assurance was refused.

That is Not Good!

I'm still in doubt wether EUROGENDFOR could be employed in Greece, but it seems to be a 'Yes'. Even without that option, this is plenty scary enough.

Amazing post... Gone right up on Facebook

Yes, I found it: "this is an outrage, because they put it in a footnote of a footnote, and you have to read it, really like a super-expert to find out!" and the text goes: "this is not in the treaty, but in a footnote, because with the European Union reform treaty, we accept also the European Union Charter, which says that there is no death penalty, and then it has a footnote, which says, "except in the case of war, riots, upheaval"—then the death penalty is possible."

I am appalled. Do the Swedish politicians really know this?

Baron Bodissey I agree with you 100%. Bill Kristol should also know better. I am very disappointed in Charles Krauthammer.

I remember a piece by Christoper Hitchens when he also complained that Charles did not voice any contrary word against the Ayatollah's fatwa against Salmon Rusdie but rather implied that he is to blame for the fatwa for his writing.

So maybe there is more to this then we thought. Is Charles a closet muslim ?

Well, I knew I'd heard it somewhere. Wonder how long it's gonna take Emir Obama to get his little army. I wouldn't be surprised if he started taking funds from the military for his security force.

Honestly, has there ever been an organization in real life or fiction known as a Security Force that turned out good?

This is very disturbing -- and very smart tactically on the EUrocrats' part.

Do you see what they're doing here? They're making it so that when there is an anti-gov't or, say, anti-EU protest in one country, the members of the "riot forces" will be from ANOTHER country (or countries).

It's going to be more difficult for the members of this EU police force to sympathize with the protestors because they will likely be from another country/ethnic group. French forces will be sent to Britain, German forces to Spain, Italian to Greece, etc.

This is a very, very disturbing development.

Wait a minute. The Greeks aren't nobly rebelling against EU encroachment on their individual rights but on their collective entitlements. Hell hath no fury like a union member whose over-generous remuneration is going to be made slightly less generous.

This is the revolt of the working parasites who through monopolies and strikes have boosted themselves far above people in the private sector with the same jobs whose taxes contribute to government worker entitlements they lack themselves. One in three workers in Greece is a government worker and partial parasite on the other two thirds who are fighting back by corruptly hiding income to pay lower taxes.

Socialism always comes a cropper when they run out of other people's money to redistribute and also support their giant redistribution machine i.e. big government. Private sector Greeks won't pay for their government loafers so now harder working Germans must pay under the EU system to a country that lied its way into the EU! Germans must work to 67 to let Greeks retire at 61!

This kind of absurdity and unfairness runs through socialism and has polluted all capitalist systems as well. It is insane that even in the USA government workers since they were allowed to unionize have puffed their pay and benefits up 40% higher than comparable work in the private sector. A rebellion in the private sector is long overdue because the situation is comparable to the Germans. Private sector workers must work beyond 65 if they even have jobs so fat cat government workers can retire in their 50's or early 60's.

All that said, of course the EU domestic army whatever they call it will be used to quell legitimate rebellion to the EU's other suicidal policies like Muslim immigration.

Wait until cash strapped European countries try to cut down Welfare costs, within which most of their Muslims reside...

This Treaty defines the fundamental principles in respect of the objectives, the status, the modalities of organisation and the operation of the European Gendarmerie Force, hereinafter referred to as EUROGENDFOR or EGF.

By the way, Robin_Shadows and evry citizen in the EU -- prepare to get Chipped!

This one is not quite up to date!

Totale controll of the populations is soon a necessity. Ask Herman Van Rompuy!
It starts with soldiers - then children and finally every grown up person will get 'its' chip.

The warrior of the future, as portrayed in films like "The Hurt Locker" is often depicted as a more or less part-man, part-machine, and are then called a cyborg. In the real world of soldiering, the future is arriving in small doses. Take, for example, the new experimental microchip ID program of the British Army:

"It is believed to be the first such program of its kind in history," a spokesman for British Intelligence told WorldNetDaily."

"If proven successful, it will revolutionize not only identification and tracking, but [also] administration and bureaucracy in the armed forces." The microchip is placed in the back of the neck in a relatively painless procedure. While the chip is active, soldiers would be tracked by the central electronic management system or "ERMS" in Glasgow."

"The idea of being implanted with a microchip of course does not have wide appeal in the British Armed Forces, or any other segment of society. In the United States, some have opted to microchip pets or children for safety reasons. The Digital Angel system has also garnered headlines for its ability to track humans."

A more modern one.

Afonso Henriques said...

Concerning swine flu. Or A flu.
Although I mocked it, and continue to kind of doing so, I must say that it was stronger than the average flu. And it was very contagious. People with breathing problems were in danger.

My father got it. He was almost dying. He's almost 50 and relatively healty with some 90 kgs and 1.8 meters tall. The problem is that he had some minor breathing problems and was a smoker for more than 30 years. But the main reason is that he ignored the flu sympthoms as he always does whenever he gets a flu.

I got it too. I got fevers. Which is unuslual when I have an average flu but sometimes happen. Well, I had rather unusuall high fevers. But it went away in three days although I had to stay one or two weeks at home, away from society. I didn't take tamiflu, unlike my father. And I got a painfully week cough for like a month or so. My younger brother and my mother who were with us all the time, however didn't get the fricking flu. So I guess it is a men's thing.

Yes it was exagerated. But in the end, I think that vaccination was needed for the more fragile segments of the society: Children, Eldery, Pregnant Women, Very poor people, people working on risky and semi-risky professions and people with breathing problems.

ɱØяñιηg$ʇðя ©™ said...

Then I'm lucky because I didn't take the shot. Still they must have some scheme to make us take it one way or another. If we don't fall for their tricks then their is only one method left. Enforcing it. But so far we're not there yet.

The European Union is planning to create a new super-prosecutor who would have powers to bring cases against British citizens without the approval of the Crown Prosecution Service or the Government. The Spanish EU Presidency, backed by France and Germany, announced that it is going to propose the creation of an EU European Public Prosecutor next month using powers under the Lisbon treaty. The British Government has consistently opposed the plans but is powerless to stop them going through as they can be passed as long as they have the backing of nine member states under so-called “enhanced co-operation”.

The real question is whether the army of a country would come to the defence of its own citizens. For instance would an EU army attacking British citizens be tolerated by the British army. Politicians should proceed at their own risk in this regard.
