A man in Yemen became angry when a neighbor’s donkey sexually assaulted his own. He responded by hitting the offending animal, and that enraged the owner of the injured donkey. In the ensuing mêlée between the tribes of the two men, fifteen people were killed or injured.
In other news, the German Central Bank has broken new fiscal ground by issuing bonds with a zero-percent coupon rate. Meanwhile, German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble repeated his firm stance against the issuance of any euro-bonds.
