Tensta is a culturally-enrich suburb of Stockholm. On Wednesday night, “teenagers” went on a rampage in Tensta, throwing rocks at police, burning cars, and setting fire to a school. More than thirty were said to be involved in the disturbances, but only eight were arrested.
In other news, Spain has fallen back into recession as worries over the future of the euro intensify. Following the example of Greece, Spanish depositors have rushed to withdraw more than €1 billion from banks in Spain. Meanwhile, Moody’s downgraded Greek bonds again.
