According to a Spanish-language broadcaster, Venezuelan and Iranian diplomats have conspired to recruit computer science students in Mexico to hack into American networks and target various facilities, including nuclear plants. The relevant Congressional committees are now investigating the allegations.
In other news, the death toll in Liège has risen to six. The suspected terrorist who is alleged to have carried out yesterday’s attacks is shown in one photo next to a rocket launcher decorated with the black flag of jihad. But the killer is said to have committed the murders to avoid being sent to prison for a sex crime, and there is no known connection with terrorism.
Residents of Liège gathered today to commemorate the atrocity by heaping up teddy bears and lighting candles near the scene of the slaughter.

The Liege attack fits the pattern of Islamic pre-Christmas terrorist attacks similar to the one at another Christmas market at Strasbourg, which was narrowly thwarted: http://crombouke.blogspot.com/2011/03/islams-jihad-against-christmas.html
You know...if you want to avoid being sent to prison for a sex crime, there are other options than engaging in terrorism.
He could have just killed himself if he wished to avoid prison. No, it was defintely terrorism !
