Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou visited Germany for talks with Chancellor Merkel about his country’s debt crisis. A German tabloid welcomed Mr. Papandreou by telling him that unlike Greeks, Germans get up early in the morning and work, and don’t have to bribe their officials.
