We’ve written numerous times about the notorious Mullah Krekar, the Firebrand of the Fjords. He’s the Norwegian equivalent of Anjem Choudary, with a fistful of beard and bellyful of attitude. His various… ahem… indiscretions would have had him kicked out of any normal country. But he can’t be deported; his life might be in danger if he were sent back to Iraq. Can’t violate his human rights, you know.The Mad Mullah made headlines again a couple of days ago by declaring that 9-11 had failed to have its intended effect. Those arrogant American infidels are still doing grievous harm to Islam! He called on his fellow mujahideen to carry out more attacks on the Great Satan and finish the job properly.
Horrors! Was he arrested and locked up for incitement?
Actually, no.
Did the police haul him down to the station and sweat him for a few hours about his radical opinions?
Nope, not so far.
Did they at least confiscate and x-ray his socks?
Not at all. They’re not racists, you know!
No, Mullah Krekar gets somewhat more lenient treatment than native Norwegian bloggers. That’s because of all the cultural enrichment he brings to Norway.
The leaders of the Progress Party don’t like what the miscreant mullah is doing, and have lodged a protest. According to The Local:
Norway’s Progress Party has called for the immediate arrest of Mullah Krekar after the firebrand jihadist spoke of the need for renewed terrorist attacks on the United States.
The Norway-based extremist made the comments in an interview with Finland’s MTV3. He also claimed that Islam “will control the entire world” within the next 20 years.
More than a decade on from the devastating terrorist attacks in the United States that left almost 3,000 people dead, Krekar said:
“They have learned nothing from the 9/11 attacks. That’s why they need two more attacks. It’s the only way the Americans will understand that we [Muslims] are people and not animals or slaves.”
Well, all this is pretty clear. The man’s obviously an extremist, and we know how Norway treats extremists!
But one man’s extremism is another man’s cultural enrichment, so Mullah Krekar gets a pass.

He also argued in the three-minute interview that further terrorist attacks were unavoidable, VG reports.
“It’s going to happen. It’s meant to happen. Jihad is meant to happen, I’m certain of it. Jihad is like a cat. If you lock up a cat it becomes dangerous,” said Krekar.
And he hasn’t even been locked up yet — just think how dangerous he would be if they actually parked his halal butt in the slammer!
Time may be running out for Mullah Krekar, however. He has issued death threats to several major politicians, which is a no-no, even in Modern Multicultural Norway. Especially since some of his targets weren’t even in the Progress Party. What was he thinking of?
Mr. Krekar is scheduled to appear in court in February. Stay tuned.

I take it he's not willing to lead by his personal example, would he?
The really rich thing is that this guy wouldn't last five minutes in any Middle Eastern country ruled by the dictators the US helped to depose. I'm sure he was quiet as a lamb when Saddam Hussein was dictator.
The funny thing is, I agree with some of the Muslims that the US and Europe have no business trying to affect the Middle Eastern governments. Every time we try to plant democratic or constitutional government in the Islamic, tribal environs of the Middle East, we end up making a bigger mess.
Keep all indiscretions in the face of the electorate. Belt the PC government at the next election and remove all "cultural enrichers" back to their country of ethnic origin.
Making fun of Krekar
At a book event in Oslo, comedian Shabana Rehman said she wanted to take a test on Krekar, so she made him stand still and then took a grip around him at his thighs lifting him up from the floor
This stunt made him lose his control ordering everybody who had filmed this to erase the pictures, which they did. Most of them. TV2 kept theirs, though.

Krekar also threatened to sue Shabana Rehman.
In the Krekar biography, he brags about at the age of 17, bringing the head of a Russian helicopter pilot to his warlord.
At one time he was kept for 11 days in this hotel for his security..!
The family of five was accommodated in suits in one of the most prestigeous hotels in Oslo, The Plaza Hotel on taxpayers money. As were the police.
- They ordered room service a lot, one employee at the hotel says about the Krekar family.
This happened after somebody had fired a gun at his apartment in January 2010, only a stone's throw from the hotel, by the way.

TV2 is partly owned by labor party, which these days are tightening the grip on the media, recently acquiring 36 more newspapers by the media group Edda.
What if the police had used the money that now went to secure Krekar's family, on the police helicopter instead? Would they then have been able to save more lives at Utøya?
We will never know. We can only guess.
All we know, is that the government prefers to spend tax payers money on an enemy of the West not counting.

Why would this creature be in danger in the new, sharia-compliant Iraq? It's Christians who are are being persecuted there now, not Muslims.
