As far as I know, this news/opinion report from German television represents the first time any MSM TV outlet has ever told the truth about the global hegemonic aspirations of the Muslim Brotherhood, and its resemblance to Nazism, Communism, and other totalitarian political movements.
Let’s hope this is the beginning of a media trend.
Many thanks to SimonXML for the translation, and to Vlad Tepes for the subtitling:

00:04 | Our next report doesn’t show any extraordinary barbarism,
00:08 | but could induce some restless nights, especially for people
00:12 | who are interested in events in faraway places. Next,
00:16 | in Egypt it seems the Muslim Brotherhood are winning the
00:20 | referendum over a new constitution. It’s not an overwhelming win,
00:24 | and in the major cities of Cairo and Alexandria there was actually a
00:28 | majority opposing it, but in the country as a whole the final vote
00:32 | next Saturday will be more than 50% in favour.
00:36 | Our veteran correspondent Dietmar Ossenberg shows
00:40 | what kind of people the future leaders of the country are.
00:44 | And that is what keeps me awake at night,
00:48 | when I think of an Egypt at night.
00:53 | It’s shortly after the bars closed yesterday evening when an Islamic mob marches through the Cairo district
00:58 | of Dokki shouting slogans against the opposition. ‘We will defend our Mosques
01:03 | against these unbelievers.’ Islamists storm the
01:08 | headquarters of the liberal Wafd party, a party that has always campaigned for conciliation
01:13 | between Christians and Muslims. Violence flares,
01:18 | there are injuries, and a shocked party leader.
01:23 | I hold President Morsi directly responsible for this violence.
01:28 | But for the last three days the president has only been responsible for
01:33 | a conference of leading Islamists. They are convinced they are carrying out God’s work.
01:38 | They give their hatred of the opposition free reign,
01:43 | pushing their country into war.
01:48 | We have millions of supporters, martyrs who are prepared to sacrifice their lives for Islam.
01:52 | In intimate association with the most radical of the radicals,
01:56 | Khairat El-Shater is the most powerful man in the Muslim Brotherhood
02:00 | and consequently the most powerful man in Egypt.
02:04 | Khairat El-Shater
02:08 | is the chief planner and financier.
02:12 | The Muslim Brotherhood operates internationally; they own enormous chains of supermarkets, oil tankers,
02:17 | commercial operations in Germany, England and in the USA.
02:21 | Khairat Al-Shater, a multi-millionaire,
02:25 | worshipped like a saint by his followers,
02:29 | has transformed the Muslim Brotherhood into a combat organisation.
02:33 | This is a rarely seen video document: young combatants from the Muslim Brotherhood
02:37 | during training in Cairo.
02:41 | This so-called Al-Aqsa Brigade was founded by Khairat Al-Shater in 2006, for which
02:45 | he went to prison under Mubarak, but the goal has remained the same.
02:49 | It isn’t only about Egyptians.
02:50 | The Muslim Brotherhood want a
02:54 | a worldwide Caliphate. Their ideology is comparable
02:58 | to Communism or Hitler’s expansionist drive.
03:02 | For most Egyptians it’s obvious: President Morsi is
03:06 | just a puppet in the hands of the Brotherhood
03:10 | since he unquestioningly obeys their orders.
03:14 | In the code of conduct for the Muslim Brotherhood the principles are binding;
03:18 | you listen and obey.
03:22 | For many Muslim brothers the dream seems to be coming true:
03:26 | first the Islamic domination of Egypt, and then the rest of the world. |

And this on the heels of Shrillary Clinton saying that the MB is basically "moderate"!
I thought the democrats were meant to be something to do with democracy. It appears that they are quite happy to support non-democratic movements if it atunes with their idea of democracy. Was it they who overturned the US immigration acts of the late 60s and early 70s seeking to preserve the essentially European nature of the United States. Did they ever think to ask the people of the United States before they did this? If it was they then democrats doesn't appear to mean democratic at all.
As another blogger and I have reached the conclusion about elswhere, Islam was the first and possibly now the largest ever anti-Christian totalitarian dictatorship the world has ever known. We both reached the same conclusion that German tv now has.
But don't expect the British government or that of the United States ever to reach the same conclusion. Bravo to the Germans, does that mean that Germany that has experienced both Nazism and communism is now a better democracy than the UK or the USA?
The point being here that in the British legal context, it is a recognised defence to a charge under the Public Order Act if one's utterances regarding Islam are "reasonable" - and if one can argue that one formed an opinion on islam based partly on media outlets like this, then that can strengthen one's defence, & make it more difficult for the state to prosecute someone for uttering "insulting words".
