Geert Wilders’ party, the PVV, is the first major political party in the Eurozone to propose exiting the euro. Mr. Wilders insists that studies show the Netherlands would be better off financially if it gave up the euro and re-established the guilder.
In other news, in the venerable tradition of American agriculture, wind farms in the Pacific Northwest are being paid by the feds not to produce electricity.
