Gates of Vienna News Feed 10/13/2011Darebin is a suburb of Melbourne in the State of Victoria, Australia. Its city council, anticipating traffic problems during next year’s Ramadan festival, has decided to apply $100,000 of federal anti-terror funds to find solutions to those problems.

In other news, two Spanish doctors working for Médecins Sans Frontières were kidnapped in Kenya, not far from the border with Somalia. Kenyan police were reportedly pursuing the kidnappers towards the Somali border.
