Petition to the FEC Concerning the Obama Candidacy

We just received the following email from Dr. Mitchell Langbert:

I have posted a petition at http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/Federal-Elections-Commssion/. Would you consider signing the petition, forwarding it to your friends and also blogging the URL? Part of my concern is that questions about the trivial matter of Mr. Obama’s birth certificate have festered for weeks, and despite the enormous federal budget, no one in Washington takes responsibility to oversee this trivial administrative matter. Yesterday, I fedexed a letter to Mr. Donald McGahan, FEC chairman, that I re-produce at my blog.

The petition reads as follows:

The signers of this petition request the Federal Elections Commission and Mr. Donald McGahan, FEC chairman, to take responsibility to verify the eligibility of Mr. Barack H. Obama to be President of the United States. Mr. Obama has refused to produce a physical certified, stamped copy of his birth certificate. An electronically-displayed image displayed by his official campaign website has been a forgery. We request that the FEC require Mr. Obama to authorize the FEC to obtain an official copy of his birth certificate and if he does not produce the authorization that the FEC reject his registration as a presidential candidate; that the FEC not monitor his campaign finances during the primary or election; that votes cast for Mr. Obama and reported by the states’ boards of elections not be recorded and displayed by the FEC; and that Mr. Obama be considered in violation of 2 USC 437g for filing a false statement on FEC Form 2, as specified on that form.

I'm not sure the FEC cares. It would be racist, you see, to question the Obamassia.

Why not take a look at his overseas donors while they're at it?

It's about time this choice little nugget bubbled up to the surface. Everything to do with BHO's pedigree reeks like a French cathouse. Oh, what a glorious spectacle if the much-detested Hillary suddenly was thrust behind the wheel—instead of under it—once again.

For those not up to speed on this precious little scandal, I invite you to do some eye-opening reading. There is much to be answered for.

Signed and will pass this along to others.

I know of a few people who are waiting for after the election to see if Obama wins. If he does they are planning to take him into Federal Court to demand he show a valid Birth Certificate. One of them hinted that he has a Kenyan one. And that would make him ineligible for the Presidency.

Wouldn't proof of birth be compulsory BEFORE running for president, or does Obama only have to provide a birth certificate if he wins. I smell a rat!
