Gates of Vienna News Feed 1/8/2011The Swiss Central Bank has decided that Portuguese government debt is no longer safe enough to be accepted as a guarantee in cash transactions. Portuguese treasury bonds have been downgraded by the ratings agencies, and the Swiss are concerned about the risk of relying on them.

MNA Voices Her Opposition to Subsidizing a MAC School at the Québec National Assembly

Where Does MAC’s Endorsement of Youssef Al-Qaradawi Lead?

Remember folks, that's Youssef "Beat Your Wife Lightly" Al-Qaradawi, widely regarded as both a moderate and the "pope" of Islam.

As if that wasn't enough, this is the bastard who choreographed all of the doctrinal contortions required to sanctify bomb vest mass murderers.

This rut bag really needs to be high on the West's Christmas list for a .50 caliber third eye.

World’s Future Hinges on Peace Between Faiths, Islamic Scholars Tell Pope

ISLAM’S Future Hinges on Peace Between Faiths, Pope Tells Islamic Scholars

There, fixed that.

Very nice, Zenster! I like it.

Can I just point out, since it was I who sent the Baron the link to that article, that it's from October 2007. Note the following comment:

'"We say to Christians that we are not against them and that Islam is not against them - so long as they do not wage war against Muslims on account of their religion, oppress them and drive them out of their homes," the letter says.'

This is what's known as having a right brass neck. Because this is what we actually see in the world today:

70 Christians arrested over Christmas in Iran
Iraq more dangerous for Christians than ever

And well, just read the rest of the articles on the hardworking Baron's blog here!

Quote:
In a letter addressed directly to Pope Benedict XVI and other Christian leaders including the Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams, 138 prominent Muslim scholars said that finding common ground between the world’s biggest two religions was not “simply a matter for polite ecumenical dialogue”.
end quote.

In other words, convert now or watch more of your adherents die.
A "polite ecumentical dialogue" between a Muslim and a Christian consists of this:

MUSLIM: (holding his knife to a Christian clergyman's throat): Submit, pig, or die.

You're very welcome, Nick. I'm hoping that somewhere in your "brass neck" definition there is an explanation of how Islam continues to ignore the stark fact that Christian nations possess a vast majority of nuclear weapons, several thousand of them to be exact.

When the curtain rings down on this farce, Islam should rightfully be remembered as some teenage punk who tried to take over a police station armed only with a knife.

However, I still maintain that Christianity had better waste no time setting about forming a coalition with all other authentically spiritual world religions − and that includes Agnostics and Atheists − in order to present a unified front against Islam that begins to repay Muslim violence in kind, if not go them one better.

Basta ya!

Just pay attention to which people or ideological groups insist islam is logical, progressive and peaceful.

There are very few besides muslims themselves. But enough to disguise themselves in 'Liberal' garb to fool the peons who don't like to ask questions about the great big PC/MC social justice experiment predicated on the acceptance based on nothing but faith in bureaucratic big government to implement it.

Who are the people that completely ignored facts and reason to allow mass amounts of muslims to simply walk in and take over?

What kind of person besides a muslim thinks everybody needs to accept islam to find peace and cultural harmony?
