The Ugly Reality in Europe

Islamic violence against women and girls is an ugly reality in Europe. And for anyone to use the law to try and suppress discussion of it is not enlightened or tolerant or liberal, it’s shameful and stupid and cowardly and unforgivable. It’s cultural pollution at a criminal level. And if you live in Europe, your grandchildren will pay the price. And they’ll despise you, and everyone else alive today, for letting it happen.

Below the jump is Pat Condell’s latest video, in which he discusses Lars Hedegaard, the suppression of free speech in Europe, and other related matters. It’s followed by a complete transcript, courtesy of Henrik Ræder Clausen:

Transcript:

0:00 If you criticize the Religion of Peace, you are likely to be accused of ‘hate speech’
0:04 by people who go on to accuse and to threaten you as graphicly and disgustingly
0:08 as their feeble imaginations will allow, yet you’ll be the one guilty of hate speech.
0:13 And if you’re unlucky enough to live in certain parts of Europe,
0:15 you’ll also be prosecuted as a criminal.
0:17 Anyone who thought that Denmark’s experience with the cartoons might
0:21 encourage that country to grow a backbone would be dismayed to hear that
0:25 Denmark is the latest European country to persecute its own citizens
0:28 for telling the truth about the Religion of Permanent Offence.
0:31 This week Lars Hedegaard, President of the Free Press Society, is on trial in Denmark
0:36 for accurately referring to the comparatively high number of family rapes in Islamic 12
0:42 As most people know, violence against women and girls is one of the things
0:46 that makes Islamic culture distinctly inferior to Western culture.
0:49 Not ‘different’, but significantly less civilized.
0:53 However, the Danish authorities would like people to pretend
0:55 that Islamic violence against women and girls doesn’t exist,
0:59 because otherwise they might have to do something about it.
1:02 And that’s the last thing they want, because that would mean rioting in the streets
1:05 and barricades and burning cars and all the rest of it,
1:08 and Danish people travelling in Muslim countries might also be attacked and killed.
1:12 So they’d rather pretend it isn’t happening, and criminalize anyone who says it is.
1:16 It’s much safer for them to victimize their own people,
1:19 because they know there won’t be any rioting and nobody will be murdered.
1:23 In this trial, as with the other two show trials currently underway
1:27 in the Netherlands and in Austria, the truth is no defence.
1:31 Because this is not about establishing the truth or upholding the truth,
1:34 which is what justice is supposed to do, it’s about suppressing the truth
1:38 to appease the threat of Muslim violence, which makes it an act of cultural terrorism.
1:42 And it’s compounded by the fact that we haven’t heard a word about any of this from
1:46 the Western media, the so-called ‘free press’, who seem to want to keep it as their little secret.
1:52 If not for the Internet, nobody would even know this trial was happening,
1:55 or the one in Austria, for that matter.
1:58 Causing offence is now crime in several European countries.
2:02 Doesn’t anyone in the Western media have anything critical to say about that at all,
2:06 or are they all too stupid and complacent to realize that these laws also threaten
2:11 the freedom of the press, as well as that of ordinary people, to express an honest opinion?
2:15 One of the most pernicious lies of our time is the lie that all cultures are equal,
2:20 when they are clearly, visibly, provably not even close to being equal.
2:24 They’re barely on the same planet, is how unequal they are.
2:28 But we walk on eggshells over this in the West, because we’re so riddled with
2:31 post-imperialist guilt, which for some reason we decided to regard
2:34 as a chastening virtue, and not as a crippling curse.
2:38 When you allow millions of people to immigrate from places
2:41 where they mutilate their daughters as a matter of course,
2:44 where they kill them in a heartbeat over some twisted sense of honour,
2:47 and where rape victims are treated as criminals, it doesn’t take a genius
2:51 to know that you’re going to be importing these values and attitudes as well,
2:54 wholesale, unless you take steps to prevent it.
2:57 And that’s something we spectacularly failed to do in Europe.
3:01 Indeed we’ve encouraged it by fostering separatism and ghettoisation
3:05 in guise of our old friend, multiculturalism.
3:08 And as a consequence,
3:10 Islamic violence against women and girls is an ugly reality in Europe.
3:14 And for anyone to use the law to try and suppress discussion of it
3:17 is not enlightened or tolerant or liberal, it’s shameful and stupid
3:21 and cowardly and unforgivable. It’s cultural pollution at a criminal level.
3:27 And if you live in Europe, your grandchildren will pay the price.
3:30 And they’ll despise you, and everyone else alive today, for letting it happen.
3:34 Our civilization was fused in the crucible of opposing ideas, freely expressed,
3:41 that’s the magic secret. It’s the gold standard that made us what we are
3:45 and made our society the most advanced in human history.
3:49 And we have an obligation to uphold that standard, NO MATTER WHAT,
3:53 for the sake of future generations.
3:55 Despite the avalanche of ‘rights’ we’ve been showered with in recent years,
3:59 ducking out of this is one right we don’t have.
4:02 Because without the right to speak your mind, all other rights are worthless.
4:06 Free speech is NOT the property of this generation of spineless appeasers.
4:11 It is as intrinsic and essential part of our identity as the Quran is for Muslims.
4:17 And nobody has the right to restrict it or modify it, regardless of who claims to be ‘offended’.
4:24 Anyone who insists on being offended is welcome to grow a thicker skin
4:28 or go and live somewhere else.
4:30 And if they don’t like that, they can go to Hell,
4:33 and that includes all public prosecutors and the horse they rode in on.
4:39 Peace!
4:41 Can I say that?

Pat is right on the money as usual. I would be curious to know if Mr. Condell is an EDL supporter? And if not, why? Anybody know? He could be a net positive for the EDL movement. As far as I know the EDL does not have a religious component (besides St. Gerorges cross) that would offend his atheistic bent?

If I had the skill I would send this to every UK and European MP.
Perhaps more practically;-
Public opponents of islamism are appearing in many European Countries. Wilders , ESW, Marine LE Pen, Tommy Robinson, the German banker, Lars Hedegaard, Suzanne Winter. That covers just 6 of the countries of the EU.
Below the parapet so far I would guess that there are many more who are simply too scared to say what they think..

So far every grouping is following its own agenda. They will, apart from this one issue, differ on many fronts.
Attempts have been made to form a single group but so far with little success
As the unions so often say - united we stand, divided we fall. It is HIGH time that a temporary political grouping on the single issue of Islamisation is formed to defeat this cancer. All groups can return to their own wider agendas once the main danger has been dealt with - that is with the restoration of the right to free speech and the danger of Islam with which we are all threatened. Wilders looks to have started something but so did the EDL whose stance has now been copied in some countries.
ALL should now combine on the one issue. If polls are to be believed there will be majority, europe wide, public support. The politicians will have no choice but to respond or be deposed.
Am I proposing popular revolution? Perhaps but it needn't come to that.

"Without the right to speak your mind all other rights are worthless."

Courage is the greatest of all virtues. Because if you haven’t courage you may not have an opportunity to use any of the others--
Dr. Johnson

The Virtues of the West, minus courage, meet the courage of Islam in its Void.
