Gates of Vienna News Feed 1/5/2011

Gates of Vienna News Feed 1/5/2011Scientists at the University of Tel Aviv tagged a vulture and fitted it with a radio transmitter as part of a study of migration patterns. The bird wandered all the way to Saudi Arabia, and when it alighted, it was captured and denounced by the locals as a spy for the Mossad. News of the event spread rapidly throughout websites in the Middle East, and it was denounced as a “Zionist plot”.

In other news, 500 religious scholars of the “moderate” Barelvi group Jamaat-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat have warned Muslims not to mourn for assassinated Governor Punjab Salman Taseer, or they may suffer the same fate.

Following on from the death of a REAL martyr in Pakistan, let's not forget he was a Muslim, and that there are others of that religion who are people of goodwill.
Read the latest report on Ross's Right Angle http://rossrightangle.info/ about the courageous young Muslims who protest against anti-Christian persecution in East Java.

Quote:
A senior West Mercia police officer said: “These girls are being passed around and used as meat. To stop this type of crime you need to start talking about it, but everyone’s been too scared to address the ethnicity factor.”
end quote.

I ask again:
Do the British feel themselves to be subdued yet?
I would suggest that the indigenous, true British ask that question of each other.

@UK: Inflation Issue is the Bank’s Own Creation

Her (Margaret Thatcher's)contempt was appropriate enough. Macmillan recorded in his memoirs his absurd belief that the Soviet Union’s living standard would one day exceed ours.

Looks like the Old Fool, as Thatcher called Macmillan may turn out to be right.
