Taliban: Fogh is the Enemy

Apparently former Danish Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen failed to abase himself sufficiently to Islam when he was in Turkey, because the Taliban in Afghanistan are not satisfied.

According to this excerpt from Jyllands-Posten, as translated by our Danish correspondent Rolf Krake, they regard him as a major enemy of the Prophet:

Taliban declares Fogh an enemy

Afghanistan’s Taliban insurgents declare Denmark’s resigning prime minister and coming NATO Secretary General “the big enemy.”

In an article on the Taliban’s website, the insurgents write that “The big enemy of Islam’s prophet has become Secretary General of NATO”. The Taliban believe that the appointment of Fogh will further strengthen the Muslims’ belief and their fight against NATO, which will lead to an intensification of the war in Afghanistan.

It is the Danish Mohammed cartoons from 2006 which cause the militia to come out with their violent assertions.

I didn't like Rasmussen's comments, but hey, if the Taliban are unhappy, it must be good for something.

I agree with Fjordman. If the Taliban isn't happy, I'm happy. I say we need more Motoons!

For a good islamic ritual some cartoon makers or a journalist are not big enough. They need a big sacrificial cow. The size is important!

And this might be the Nato=Rasmussen!!!

They need badly a dhimmi-king.

It's obvious, by now, that Muslims will never be satisfied unless we totally surrender to them, and that they keep moving the goalposts to that effect.

Maybe it's time to realise that the world has changed, that the Soviet Union is no longer NATO's enemy, and that its main enemy nowadays is the Muslim world.

The sooner we admit this unpalatable fact, the better.

And the best way to materialise it would be to have Israel join NATO. Turkey might be allowed to stay -- if it could put up with Israel.

So now the taliban are unhappy. Great! Let's go to the next phase and make them p-o'ed big time. Further insulting of their beloved peadophet would certainly do the trick.

Proud Infidel: I say we need more Motoons!

We need to hold Motoon competitions with huge prizes on a weekly basis until all the overheated Muslim brain aneurysms start to sound like a string of exploding firecrackers.

Robert Marchenoir: It's obvious, by now, that Muslims will never be satisfied unless we totally surrender to them, and that they keep moving the goalposts to that effect. [emphasis added]

I refer you to a quote from November of 2006 made by the (then) Bishop of Rochester Michael Nazir-AliThe Bishop of Rochester, Michael Nazir-Ali, told the Sunday Times some [Muslims] had a "dual psychology" in which they sought "victimhood and domination".

...

Mr Nazir-Ali argued it would never be possible to satisfy all of the demands made by Muslims because "their complaint often boils down to the position that it is always right to intervene when Muslims are victims... and always wrong when Muslims are the oppressors or terrorists".

He compared Bosnia and Kosovo, where he said Muslims were oppressed, with the powerful position of the Taleban in Afghanistan, who he said had been the oppressors.

He added: "Given the world view that has given rise to such grievances, there can never be sufficient appeasement and new demands will continue to be made."
[emphasis added]

Or perhaps you would prefer the more concise words of Pat Condell: (from his video "Islam in Europe")

"Every concession to Islam is the thin end of an even bigger wedge."As to this thread's topic: After his protracted osculation of Turkish arse did Fogh Rasmussen really think the Muslims were going to give him a kiss?

As Condell so aptly notes, any indulgence of Islamic sensitivities merely occasions even greater demands for capitulation to shari'a law. Put another way:

THERE IS NO UPSIDE TO ACCOMMODATING ISLAM.

Of course Fogh is the enemy, as is anyone who isn't part of Dar as Salaam. To the islamic nutbar "happiness," "satisfaction," "fulfillment," and all such things mean islam. To them there is only islam and everything else must either conform to islam or die as an enemy. The sooner we realize there is and never has been a gray area with islam, the sooner we can get on with defeating it. And, yes, we are talking about defeating a religion.

In the black and white binary world of Islam, anyone who is not a Muslim is an enemy. Even dhimmi infidels are enemies, just castrated ones.

Even Muslims who are insufficiently Muslim (consort with infidels) or who are Muslims the wrong way (Shiite vs Sunni) are enemies to the purists.

But the purists are not some small extremist sect. They are the vast majority of devout Muslims. They follow the Koran and Mohammed's example, both of which have no role for non-Muslims except as downtrodden and shamed inferiors.
