Those Doggone Cops!

How much is that doggie in the hat?

More than the Tayside Police will want to pay, now that Muslims are offended.

From today’s Daily Mail:

Muslims outraged at police advert featuring cute puppy sitting in policeman’s hat

A postcard featuring a cute puppy sitting in a policeman’s hat advertising a Scottish police force’s new telephone number has sparked outrage from Muslims.

Police hat doggie

Tayside Police’s new non-emergency phone number has prompted complaints from members of the Islamic community.

The choice of image on the Tayside Police cards — a black dog sitting in a police officer’s hat — has now been raised with Chief Constable John Vine.

The advert has upset Muslims because dogs are considered ritually unclean and has sparked such anger that some shopkeepers in Dundee have refused to display the advert.

Dundee councillor Mohammed Asif said: ‘My concern was that it’s not welcomed by all communities, with the dog on the cards.

‘It was probably a waste of resources going to these communities.

‘They (the police) should have understood. Since then, the police have explained that it was an oversight on their part, and that if they’d seen it was going to cause upset they wouldn’t have done it.’

OK, we all know that Muslims consider dogs unclean. But is a photo of an unclean thing itself unclean?
- - - - - - - - -
What if the offensive part of it were blurred out, like the private parts of naked people in TV videos? Would that mitigate the haram nature of the vile creature’s image?

Councillor Asif, who is a member of the Tayside Joint Police Board, said that the force had a diversity adviser and was generally very aware of such issues.

He raised the matter with Mr Vine at a meeting of the board.

The chief constable said he was unaware of the concerns and that the force had not sought to cause any upset but added he would look into the matter.

Oh-oh. Sounds like someone’s in big trouble now. Perhaps the head of the Police Community Relations Division, or whatever they call the people responsible for designing and printing things like this.

Councillor Asif said: ‘People who have shops just won’t put up the postcard. But the police have said to me that it was simply an oversight and they did not seek to offend or upset.’

The implication, now that they know that they have offended the skinless ones, is that the police in Tayside will never, ever do such a bad thing again. They have learned their lesson.

When I was living in the UK forty years ago, the last thing a copper or a noddy worried about was whether he’d managed to offend a member of the public. But times must have changed since then.

And here’s where today’s sensitive and inclusive police force made their fatal mistake:

‘We did not seek advice from the force’s diversity adviser prior to publishing and distributing the postcards. That was an oversight and we apologise for any offence caused.’

They failed to follow proper diversity procedures!

It’s time for some additional diversity training, and maybe stint in a re-education camp.

It’s time to get their minds right…

Hat tip: just about everybody.

Corpses are unclean. What about Palestinian pictures of corpses?

Diversity procedures? Are you kidding me? It's a dog and it's Scotland, not the Middle East. Sometimes "tolerance" can go a bit too far. Wake up Europe!!!

Let us face it..
It does not matter what issue it is.
Always one can be very heated.
Just until we have obtained the Middle East 100% in Europe.

I wrote this on another thread but it was an old one and most people probably missed it. It is time for all native European kaffirs to get "dogged up." Seriously. Get yourself a big old dog, the kind that hangs its tongue out all the time and slobbers all over everything, and take it with you wherever possible. Fill up your streets with dogs, dogs, dogs! Fewer Muslims will settle in your cities when they see all the dogs. Plus, if they are trained as watchdogs, they can help protect you against Muslim attacks. If I lived in one of your "enriched" cities I would definitely get myself a nice big slobbery dog.

What the police should have said is no. We keep the dog. You keep the peace or we will throw you out.

But being the Dhimmis they are, they caved into their Muslim masters demands.

Keeping the dog, no trace of apology, would be the Right Thing to do.

Then Muslims would go ape in the streets, as usual, and we would be able to see them upset over a postcard, not a terrorist act, and it'd all look pretty foolish :)

But there's one thing here that rings a bell:

That dhimmi-we-have-no-values response appears to me to be a perfect match of what a Common Purpose person would do.

Is the CP mentality equivalent to dhimmitude?

Gee, I wish I were a Scottish Police chief. I would gladly replace the dog...with a pig. I swear, I would get a supply of arms built up, tell these people to just look away if they didn't like it - & then when they came to behead me/burn down my building, I'd shoot every damned one of them.

This is just typical of how we Britons are being "enriched" by the "diversity" of multiculturalism.

The correct response would've been to tell this paedo-worshipper that as Britain is a dog-loving nation, perhaps he should go back to an Islamic cesspit if he doesn't like dogs?

Contrast this with the response of Plymouth Police who refused to attend an incident at the Plymouth Hoe war memorial, where a plaque containing the names of our fallen in WWWI and WWII had been stolen. The following night the theives returned and stole the remaining two plaques. What a disgrace.

Both Police responses reek of Common Purpose, a marxist 5th column - sorry, government sponsored charity - whose graduates have infiltrated the Police and many other key institutions of British society.

The long night will get much darker, especially in Britain.

Cool idea liftet from DhimmiWatch:

Might I suggest that someone print out hundreds of posters or flyers asking for help in finding your missing dog Mohammed.

We have been doing this in Paris for quite some time but are still are still waiting for the issue to go viral.

Now that I think of it, I don't remember seeing dogs in the streets when I was in London...

The really offensive part is the police apology.

It turns out as usual the Daily Mail ignored the facts and blew it out of proportion. Here's a clarification.

Queen,

That's a brilliant idea. Knowing your enemy, that's always the key. And few people understand Islam better than you.

While I myself have suggested the same basic thing as Queen about everyone "dogging up", there are other methods like the lost dog named "Mohammed" which could prove even more effective.

At another unnamed board, someone made the brilliant suggestion of creating "flypaper" stings to attract and trap Muslim terrorists.

Consider how well received a notice would be which announced the opening of a factory that produced toilet paper with the Koran printed on it. While I would immediately buy shares in the project, Muslims could reasonably be expected to take a different approach.

Towards that end, the "factory" in question would be located in a remote rural part of Kansas on a narrow road far away from any other structures.

This building would actually be a structural shell put in place for the explicit purpose of attracting those Islamic loons who just couldn't help themselves and had to drop by with their usual discouraging messages that so frequently involve dynamite, bullets, semtex plus other sundry and assorted Muslim confections.

Individuals, vehicles and whatever aircraft approaching this building's immediate vicinity would be subjected to inspection and any of them found carrying the usual Muslim confections would result in all occupants getting their clocks cleaned at some unnamed Federal Facility.

Needless to say (then why say it?), I really, really like this idea.

the dog in the picture looks friendlier and more clean than most mos-slums i've seen.

And playing Wagner. They don't seem to like that either. :)

I've seen plenty of dogs in Iraq. I wonder why the Muslims choose to own filthy animals. Also, even if they are wild and roam the streets, how did they get there in the first place? Because of domestication.
