With the imminent ascension of President Barack Hussein Obama, all indications are that Sada Cumber’s position will become superfluous. Mr. Obama intends to act as Chief Muslim Outreach Officer in his own administration.
Not only that, he plans to celebrate his Husseinity at his swearing in. According to The Chicago Tribune:
Barack Obama plans to reach out to Muslim world
In exclusive interview, he says he plans to be sworn in like every other president, using his full name: Barack Hussein Obama
Barack Obama says his presidency is an opportunity for the U.S. to renovate its relations with the Muslim world, starting the day of his inauguration and continuing with a speech he plans to deliver in an Islamic capital.
And when he takes the oath of office Jan. 20, he plans to be sworn in like every other president, using his full name: Barack Hussein Obama.
And now is the time for America to begin a new relationship with Islam:
“I think we’ve got a unique opportunity to reboot America’s image around the world and also in the Muslim world in particular,’’ Obama said Tuesday, promising an “unrelenting” desire to “create a relationship of mutual respect and partnership in countries and with peoples of good will who want their citizens and ours to prosper together.“
The world, he said, “is ready for that message. [emphasis added]”
These talking points are straight out of the OIC playbook. If they were placed in the middle of the one of OIC Secretary-General Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu’s speeches, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Consider, for example, a few excerpts of boilerplate from just one speech, given by Prof. Ihsanoglu in Copenhagen on October 22nd:
- “dispelling the tension and mutual misunderstandings”
- “collective efforts to promote intercultural and inter-religious understanding and constructive dialogue”
- “an urgent need to coordinate cross cultural understanding and multi-cultural education policies emphasizing diversity”
- “Another means leading to realizing a successful international dialogue is the promotion of active harmony between culture groups within nations and between nations.”
So the OIC might as well write President Obama’s speeches — or vice versa.
Mr. Obama appears to share the common delusion that reaching out to Muslims is the best way to reduce the incidence of terrorism:
- - - - - - - - -
Obama said the country must take advantage of a unique chance to recalibrate relations around the globe, through a new diplomacy that emphasizes inclusiveness and tolerance as well as an unflinching stand against terrorism.
“The message I want to send is that we will be unyielding in stamping out the terrorist extremism we saw in Mumbai,” Obama said, adding that he plans to give a major address in an Islamic capital as part of his global outreach.
This is very peculiar. Islam has nothing to do with terrorism. We all know that. Our media took extreme care in their reporting on Mumbai to avoid mentioning the I-word as much as possible.
If this is true — if there is no relationship between Islam and terrorism — then why is reaching out to Islam going to help stamp out terrorism? Why not reach out to Buddhists? Or pediatricians?
What does Islam have to do with it?
Closer to home, Mr. Obama indicates his commitment to inclusion and diversity for the United States, with most of the diverse inclusion entering the country across the southern border:
Asked if he would support the extension of the fence between the U.S. and Mexican border, Obama deferred to his nominee for the Homeland Security Department, Janet Napolitano.
Nice way to dodge the question.
But it’s not hard to determine what border enforcement policies Janet Napolitano is likely to pursue. As governor of Arizona — a state with a profound stake in the border control controversy — Ms. Napolitano supported the amnesty bill. She also gave an address (pdf) to the National Council of La Raza, which has has expressed its approval and gratitude to the governor.
What this means is that if Janet Napolitano is calling the shots on border enforcement for the Obama administration, then for all practical purposes we will have open borders. Enforcement was already a joke during the Bush administration, but we will laugh all the harder during Obama’s tenure.
Barack Obama will undoubtedly convene summits and confer with world leaders. He will attend conferences, hold talks, initiate dialogue, ink agreements, make speeches in foreign capitals, and do all those other presidential things that he is expected to do.
But when it comes to foreign affairs and our national security, his policies may be summed up in six words:
OPEN BORDERS AND OUTREACH TO ISLAM.
Everything else is window dressing.
The Islamization of Europe has proceeded piecemeal, a bit here and a bit there. It didn’t happen all of a sudden, but crept in over a space of three or four decades. Asylum policy. Multicultural diversity. Economic migrants. Family reunification policy. The necessity of importing guest workers. Etc., etc.
Any one of these issues could be considered the camel’s nose under the tent. Each is a seemingly innocuous initiative that precedes the arrival of the entire Eurabian Beast.
But here in the USA we’ve skipped all the preliminary steps. With Barack Hussein Obama in charge, we’re aiming for full Islamization in one jump.
He’s the whole camel.
