Christianity is Offensive to Muslims

The Most Rev. Dr. Rowan Williams Rowan WilliamsThat’s according to the Most Rev. Dr. Rowan Williams.

Actually, it’s something we already knew — Christianity is offensive to Islam. But Dr. Williams seems to find himself in agreement with the offended Muslims.

The Archbishop of Canterbury has finally cut to the chase. He’s come out of the closet with an archiepiscopal opinion about the value of his own putative faith. The body of Christ has been judged in the balance by Dr. Williams, and found wanting.

According to today’s Daily Mail:

Archbishop of Canterbury: ‘Christian doctrine is offensive to Muslims’

Christian doctrine is offensive to Muslims, the Archbishop of Canterbury said yesterday.

Dr Rowan Williams also criticised Christianity’s history for its violence, its use of harsh punishments and its betrayal of its peaceful principles.

His comments came in a highly conciliatory letter to Islamic leaders calling for an alliance between the two faiths for ‘the common good’.

Does he really not know his audience? Is he that ignorant?

These are people for whom the stoning of women is public entertainment. They behead apostates, for crying out loud! And they’re offended by Christian violence?

Needless to say, internal CofE politics are playing a part in the Good Doctor’s pronouncements:
- - - - - - - - -
But it risked fresh controversy for the Archbishop in the wake of his pronouncement earlier this year that a place should be found for Islamic sharia law in the British legal system.

Dr Williams is also facing immense pressures from inside his own Church of England and Anglican Communion.

A gathering of Anglican bishops from around the world, which begins today, is on the brink of a devastating split over whether homosexuality and gay clergy should win their approval.

So the liberal wing of the Anglican Communion, as represented by the Archbishop of Canterbury, is facing trouble within the ranks from people who actually hold Christian beliefs.

The liberal response? To reach out to the world’s 1.3 billion Muslims and call for protection.

It’s pre-emptive dhimmitude, if you ask me:

The Archbishop’s letter is a reply to feelers to Christians put out by Islamic leaders from 43 countries last autumn.

In it, Dr Williams said violence is incompatible with the beliefs of either faith and that, once that principle is accepted, both can work together against poverty and prejudice and to help the environment.

Poverty, prejudice, and the environment. Uh-huh. Islam’s got a really good track record on those issues.

And where does he get the notion that violence is incompatible with Islam? Is there a special translation of the Koran made just for the Anglican hierarchy, one that elides the… ahem… more indelicate passages?

But it gets worse:

He also said the Christian belief in the Trinity — that God is Father, Son and Holy Ghost at the same time — ‘is difficult, sometimes offensive, to Muslims’.

Trinitarian doctrine conflicts with the Islamic view that there is just one all-powerful God.

Dr Williams added: ‘It is all the more important for the sake of open and careful dialogue that we try to clarify what we do and do not mean by it, and so I trust that what follows will be read in this spirit.’

As I read it, the head of the Church of England is calling for the repudiation of the Doctrine of the Trinity.

Have we entered a Brave New World, or what?

There’s more:

The Archbishop said that faiths which reject the use of violence should learn to defend each other in their mutual interest.

Which faiths reject the use of violence? How many Christian bishops, priests, ministers, pastors, deacons, and preachers have recently called from the pulpit for the killing of non-Christians? C’mon, name three!

The Great Anglican Schism is at hand:

A number of conservative and evangelical Anglican bishops are poised to break away from the 400-year-old network of Anglican churches around the world because they believe homosexual behaviour is incompatible with Christian principles.

Among those expected to boycott the Lambeth Conference in Canterbury is Dr Nazir-Ali, whose seat in Rochester is just 20 miles away.

If you were an Anglican, which boat would you like to clime aboard? The one full of people who believe in the doctrines and traditions of the Christian faith, or the one that’s heading for some serious Muslim outreach?

The Titanic or the lifeboats: your choice.

Well Chalons, the Episcopal Church certainly has its share of contenders. Google Rev. Ann Holmes Redding. She is an Episcopal Priest that also considers herself a devout Muslim and sees no contradiction in any of that. Go figure?

The Manchurian Archbishop? He became an honorary Druid around the time he was appointed head of the Anglican Church. It seems a strange job qualification. Maybe he's also a Muslim. Certainly he acts as though promoting Islam to the detriment of Christianity is his ordained mission. At the very least he's the Arch-Dhimmi.

The fool keeps grovelling about sins of Christianity centuries in the past to Muslims who are even as he speaks bathing the world with the blood of non-Muslims in the hundreds of thousands.

No one can be that stupid except a hide-bound totalitarian ideologue. Either that or the pointy hat hides a lobotomy scar.

If it weren't so crowded with far more deserving candidates, Rowan Williams' name would find a place on my "list". This wanker makes Prince Charles' abject appeasment look like a downright slacking.

I can only imagine how horribly demoralizing it must be for Britons to watch both their government and church simultaneously betray them on a wholesale basis. It reads like some sort of apocalyptic end-times prophecy.

I believe that Ann Holmes Redding is shortly to announce that she is also a lesbian satanist.

As I'm sure Rowan "Wally" Williams would attest: anything goes in the Anglican church - as long as you're not one of those offensive Christians.

It seems that the quaint eccentricity for which the British were once renowned has morphed into the kind of moonbattery exemplified by Michael Jackson and his desire to be both a black man and a white man.

Perhaps as in medievel times, someone from within the church might assist the Right Reviled Dr Williams off this mortal coil in the dead of night.

Pre-emptive surrender.
Maybe he's in the pay of the Muslim Brotherhood, has renounced Christianity, and is now acting as a 5th columnist, softening the underbelly of the vestiges of English Christianity.
He's probing, testing the limits of the enemy to see just how far they can be pushed before they respond.
When the controversy of the push has ended and been measured by the 5th columnists and their masters they arrange for another probe, another test. Each push shows the Muslims where we are soft and provides guidance for the next push. Too much resistance to one push? Measure, note, push in a slightly different direction next time. A strategy of the patient, rarely noticed by the target.

"The Archbishop's letter is a reply to feelers to Christians put out by Islamic leaders from 43 countries last autumn."

The latter, of course, is "A Common Word Between Us and You," which the Investigative Project on Terrorism has identified as nothing more than a call for conversion to Islam:

http://www.investigativeproject.org/article/519

And it is worth noting that Qur'anic verse 3:64, which the Muslim composers of that call cite, is precisely the verse Muhammad cited in his letter to the Emperor of Byzantium demanding his submission. Within a decade of Muhammad's demise, Byzantium had been denuded of much of its dominion (including Jerusalem) by Muslim forces under Umar, who proceeded to reduce the surviving population to dhimmitude.

This guy sounds like one of those guys Yuri Bezmenov and Soviets were calling a "sleeper" that just got up. Guys that were trained and educate to hate Christianity, capitalism, western values and such, and after that they were given free hand to get in the highest structures of power. After decades, when the right moment comes, they wake up and say things like: Christianity (which made him rich and famous) is a bad religion, sharia should be implemented etc. The kind of things that make the normal human being on the street stop understanding anything about his values, his religion.. it's a washing up of all values which leads to the defeat of the west by itself and any external enemy. And look at Britain, you have a lot of sleepers that got up lately.

This is a perfect example of the new-age movement in action.

New-Agers start by saying that all religions have a common "ethical core", then then later say that all these religions have a common impersonal "spiritual source" and with the help of a new "watered down" (i.e. Aquarian) religion based on dream analysis (from Carl Jung), spiritism, meditation (secularized Hinduism), this religion is the pseudo religion of the antichrist that just happens to dispense with the essential components of Christianity such as the Trinity and virgin birth.

Scratch a Dhimmi, and you could well find a new-ager who sees no problem with being ordained a druid, or a Prince Charles who utilises Jungian dream analysis and has clearly been demon possessed.

I think it is now safe to say that Williams does not even hold onto the Nicene creed.

Rene Guenon wrote that "modern" scholars and occultists were going into traditional religions from around the world to find "something that can be made to fit in the framework of their own outlook" and then claim this represents the "primitive and true source of religion" in general and that all developments from earlier sightings (i.e. organized religion) of this original spirit are corruptions which cause conflict.

This was the point of departure of Carl Jung and his study of Lao Tzu and "divining" of the inner "psychological" essence of Taoism. Carl Jung could not speak a single word of Chinese, yet he afforded himself the hubris with which to develop from the Tao Ching his own pseudo religion based on dream visions.

This was also the view held by Madame Blavatsky, a woman whose ideas formed the mystical core of Nazism.

Baron:

"Christian doctrine is offensive to Muslims, the Archbishop of Canterbury said yesterday.

Hmmm.

"This second beast was servant to the first beast, and extended its authority everywhere, making the world and all its people worship the first beast, which had the fatal wound and had been healed. And it worked great miracles, even to calling down fire from Heaven onto the earth while people watched.
Through the miracles which it was allowed to do on behalf of the first beast, it was able to win over the people of the world and persuade them to put up a statue in honor of the beast that had been wounded by the sword, and still lived. It was allowed to breathe life into this statue, so that the statue was able to speak, and to have anyone who refused to worship the statue of the beast put to death."-Revelation

So we have here a "leader" of a supposedly Christian faith speaking ex cathedra,(if you will), criticizing that faith in favor of pagans and sodomites.

Can the signs be any clearer?

If the "Defender of the Faith" does not remove this False Prophet from the pulpit of the Anglican church, then I'd say the Schism cannot happen soon enough.

Funny he did not mention how Islam is offensive to the Christian faith.

Lybia's leader, Muammar Ghaddafi, publicly mocked Jesus and the Cross at a meeting with French "intellectuals", during his last official visit in Paris.

I live next to a fast-islamising street, and I have just crossed my first woman in black veil from head to toe yesterday. I can tell you her sight was deeply offending to me.

Simple defensive measures are now in order.

1. Ban the veil. Completely. In all public places, including the street.

2. Have mosque leaders sign the recognition of Israël.

3. Stop all public funding of mosques.

4. Forbid any foreign funding of mosques.

5. Stop granting citizenship to foreigners born in Europe (and in the United States, by the way).

And we also could go further:

6. Stop handing out social allowances to foreigners.

7. Ban the Koran, on the grounds of hate-mongering, ethnic discrimination, incompatibility with basic human rights, attempting at overthrowing democracy, etc.

8. Ban mosques.

9. Ban shopfronts in Arabic.

That's to name just a few.

Regarding the False Prophet

The Second Beast: The False Prophet

Revelation 13:11 Then I saw another beast coming up from the earth. He had two horns like a lamb, but was speaking like a dragon.[1 - He has the physical appearance of a Lamb but everything he says in in service to the dragon.. the god who the two beasts are the agents of] He exercised all the ruling authority of the first beast on his behalf [2 - He has full authority of the First Beast, but is clearly subordinate to the First Beast], and made the earth and those who inhabit it worship the first beast [3 - He assists in implementing worship of the Beast], the one whose lethal wound had been healed. He performed momentous signs, even making fire come down from heaven in front of people and, by the signs he was permitted to perform on behalf of the beast, he deceived those who live on the earth. [4 - He had visibly supernatural powers. These powers cause people to worship the Beast] He told those who live on the earth to make an image to the beast who had been wounded by the sword, but still lived. The second beast was empowered to give life to the image of the first beast so that it could speak, and could cause all those who did not worship the image of the beast to be killed. [Note: This passage is not clear to us what it really means.. what is the image?] He also caused everyone (small and great, rich and poor, free and slave) to obtain a mark on their right hand or on their forehead. [5 - The people the Beasts conquer and convert have a spiritual and physical badge indicating their allegiance to the beast. All others will be killed] Thus no one was allowed to buy or sell things unless he bore the mark of the beast – that is, his name or his number. This calls for wisdom: Let the one who has insight calculate the beast’s number, for it is man’s number, and his number is 666.[6 - The physical badge will have markings that have direct reference to 666]

1 - He has the physical appearance of a Lamb but everything he says in in service to the dragon.. the god who the two beasts are the agents of
Christians believe that Jesus is the metaphysical Passover Lamb of God. Muslims claim Jesus as one of their prophets. I’ll call him Isa from now on, as that’s the name they use.

Islamic Teaching: “At this very time Allah would send Christ, son of Mary, and he will descend at the white minaret in the eastern side of Damascus wearing two garments lightly dyed with saffron and placing his hands on the wings of two Angels. When he would lower his head, there would fall beads of perspiration from his head, and when he would raise it up, beads like pearls would scatter from it”

Islamic Teaching: “Isa(peace be upon him) will come and will perform the obligatory prayers behind the Mahdi and follow him”

Islamic Teaching “The Prophet said: Verily Isa ibn Maryam shall descend as an equitable judge and fair ruler. He shall tread his path on the way to hajj (pilgrimage) and come to my grave to greet me, and I shall certainly answer him! ”

Islamic Teaching “[AFP News Report] Ahmadinejad also again expressed his apocalyptic vision that tyranny in the world be abolished by the return to earth of the Mahdi, the 12th imam of Shiite Islam, alongside great religious figures including Isa. With the appearance of the promised saviour… and his companions such as Isa, tyranny will be soon be eradicated in the world.”

2 - He has full authority of the First Beast, but is clearly subordinate to the First Beast
Islamic Teaching: “The Messenger of Allah said: A section of my people will not cease fighting for the truth and will prevail until the Day of resurrection. He said: Isa son of Mary would then descend and their [Muslims’] commander [the Mahdi] would invite him to come and lead them in prayer, but he would say: No, some amongst you are commanders over some”

Islamic Teaching: “Isa will decline the offer and invitation of Imam Mahdi to come and lead the Muslims in prayer, and say his prayer behind Imam Mahdi.”

Islamic Teaching: “Isa (peace be upon him) will come and will perform the obligatory prayers behind the Mahdi and follow him.”

Islamic Teaching: “(Isa) will be following the Mahdi, the master of the time, and that is why he will be offering his prayers behind him.”

Islamic Teaching: “Ibn Qayyim mentioned in Manar al-munif that the leader… is the Mahdi who will request Isa to lead the Muslims in prayer. Isa will remain on the earth, not as a prophet, but as one of the Community (ummah) of Prophet Muhammad. Muslims will follow him as their leader. According to Shalabi, the Mahdi will lead the Muslims in prayer, and Isa will rule the Muslims according to the Divine Law (Shari’ah). 8 ”

Islamic Teaching: “Isa, the son of Mary will descend and will lead them judging amongst them according to the holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad”

3 - He assists in implementing worship of the Beast
Islamic Teaching: “…confirm that he is alive and has not died and he is not God or the Son of God but (merely) His (Allah’s) slave and Messenger, and Isa (Jesus) will testify against those who had called him son of God, the Christians, and those who had belied him, the Jews. ”

Islamic Teaching: “Like all prophets, Prophet Isa came with the divine message of surrender to God Almighty, which is Islam. This verse shows that when Isa returns he will personally correct the misrepresentations and misinterpretations about himself. He will affirm the true message that he brought in his time as a prophet, and that he never claimed to be the Son of God. Furthermore, he will reaffirm in his second coming what he prophesied in his first coming bearing witness to the seal of the Messengers, Prophet Muhammad. In his second coming many non-Muslims will accept Isa as a servant of Allah Almighty, as a Muslim and a member of the Community of Muhammad”

Islamic Teaching: “Isa will descend from heaven and espouse the cause of the Mahdi. The Christians and the Jews will see him and recognize his true status. The Christians will abandon their faith in his godhead (sic). ”

4 - He had visibly supernatural powers. These powers cause people to worship the Beast

Muslims certainly believe Isa will have such capability, thought I wasn’t able to find anything in writing that explicitly says so.

5 - The people the Beasts conquer and convert have a spiritual and physical badge indicating their allegiance to the beast. All others will be killed
Islamic teaching: “When Isa returns he will personally correct the misrepresentations and misinterpretations about himself.

Islamic teaching: “There is not one of the People of the Scripture (Christians and Jews) but will believe in him before his death, and on the Day of Resurrection he will be a witness against them.”

Islamic teaching: “The Prophet said: There is no prophet between me and him, that is, Isa. He will descent (sic) (to the earth)… He will break the cross, kill swine, and abolish jizyah. Allah will perish all religions except Islam”

Islamic teaching: “Isa, the son of Mary will soon descend among the Muslims as a just judge… Isa will, therefore, judge according to the law of Islam… all people will be required to embrace Islam and there will be no other alternative”

Islamic teaching: “”… the time and the place for [the poll tax] is before the final descent of Isa (upon whom be peace). After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Isa’ descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace) …” “

6 - The physical badge will have markings that have direct reference to 666

In the original Greek writings, the number “666″ is written using very specific glyphs. These symbols are visually identical with the Arabic script for “In the name of Allah” and the image of two swords crossed, like you find on the flag of Saudi Arabia. These markings are actually stamped on badges that Muslims throughout history have worn when they went to war.

99.99999999999999999% of Christians think that Mark is some sort of technological device that serves as the means to implement the prohibition of those who do not worship the beast to engage in commerce. To say that they’re missing the point is an understatement. God doesn’t care who can go shopping. The Mark is about the person making himself known to be a enemy of the true God. Christians think that the significance of 666 was some sort of encoding of the Antichrist name. They made something complex because they had no other alternative explanation.

But now we know.. the same “letters” for 666.. are the same as Arabic words worn on the clothes of Muslims who engaged in Jihad throughout Islamic history.

To reemphasize:

Rev 13:18 This calls for wisdom: Let the one who has insight calculate the beast’s number, for it is man’s number, and his number is 666

The Beast… the 12th Imam al Mahdi.. is indeed doing everything for 666. “In the name of Allah”

Yes, Gadaffi is the only one who gets it:
"Do we share a culture with Europe? Absolutely not. We each have our own culture. Our cultures are completely different. In Scandinavia, people walk around naked. Can you walk around naked in Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, or Libya? They would stone you and throw you into a mental hospital. But in Scandinavia, it is common to see people walk around naked. That's their culture. Is it conceivable for a union to be formed between somebody naked and somebody who considers this to be crazy? This is an example of the differences between our cultures. We do not even share the same religion."

Are we sure this guy isnt a plant?

If he is a plant then he is certainly acting more as an agent provocateur on behalf of OUR interests than anything else. Why on earth do the people commenting on this blog think that it is a BAD thing that we have well-known, high-profile establishment figures saying openly, in public, loud and clear, the equivalent of "Islam is coming, there are a lot of them here now, lots more coming very soon, and we all know how violent they can be, so let's prepare now for our enslavement." Or would you prefer that he keeps quiet, and the Muslims continue to grow in number in the background, til the day comes when they are powerful enough to no longer require the tacit support of cretins like him?

We need Muslims and Islam to be on the front pages all the time, on the TV news constantly. The Archbishop, with his comments about sharia and christianity, helps to keep it there. We do NOT want Muslims and their appeasers to be quiet, We want them to be loud and aggressive, to be as over-confident as regards the invulnerability of their grip on the media and public discourse as seems to be the case in Sweden with politicians, in government, quite openly stating what the future holds for an Islamized society. We want the same thing here. We want our current leaders to talk about being nice to Muslims, cause when they are a majority they will then be nice to you. We want Archbishops to say the sharia law will be appropriate as soon as enough Muslims vote for it.

We need all this now, while they are relatively small in number. Otherwise, in 10 or 20 years time it will be irrelevant.

Ring-ring! Is that the BNP new members line ringing off the hook again? You betcha.

Rowan Williams is Welsh. One of the first things the Church of England's leadership attempted to do is get rid of England's Patron Saint, St George, and of course, the English national flag, the Cross of St George.
Undermining English law is of paramount importance to this welshman and also the European union leadership. Hence the Welshman's comments about "sharia law having a place".
Nothing this Welshman says surprises me.

But would the Dhimmi Archbishop approve of Valentine's Day being outlawed in the UK? I'm sure he would think it was a small price to pay for 'peace'.

St. Valentine's Day came from a priest named Valentine who was imprisoned in 270 AD for marrying women with Roman soldiers, thereby supposedly 'weakening' them, so the Government was against the soldiers getting married. He fell in love with his jailer's daughter and signed his last letter to her "From Your Valentine".

It's good to see that love and the market are stronger than unreasonableness. Since many Islamic clerics condemn it as a non-Muslim Holiday, and say that Muslims may not celebrate a Christian (or Pagan) holiday; and since their 'Religious Police' enforce this, it's pretty safe to say that Sharia Law is against this. Not all Muslims of course, just the Law governing them in Saudi Arabia and other countries.

India's radical Hindus are rabidly against V-Day too. There will be squads out looking for cuddly couples, who if caught will be taken to a government office and forcibly married.

How very enlightened and civilized.
