The Blond Pulls Ahead

PVV surge graph I reported a couple of weeks ago that Geert Wilders’ political party, the Partij Voor Vrijheid (PVV), had risen to second place in the wake of its leader’s prosecution for hate speech and his subsequent denial of entry into Britain. The mid-February political polls indicated that if the election were held then, the PVV would have won 25 seats, and was now the second most popular party in the Netherlands.

The steep slopes on the graph back then indicated that the trends were far from leveling off. Since then Geert Wilders has made his historic visit to the United States and screened Fitna in the Senate, raising his stature as a political leader and dispelling the media caricature of a “right-wing extremist” and “publicity hound”.

And now it seems the Dutch people have decided that they like what they see. In just two weeks, according to the latest polls, the PVV has become the most popular party in the Netherlands, and would gain 27 out of 150 seats if an election were held today. In a field of eleven major parties, this is an impressive achievement.

The folly of the current political leadership in the Netherlands and the UK is thus exposed. Geert Wilders would be Prime Minister of Holland if the system functioned properly. But instead his own government is putting him on trial, and the British government refuses him entry, all because the political establishment goes about trembling in abject fear of Muslim reactions to the plain truth.

Here’s what Radio Netherlands says:

Geert Wilders’ Freedom Party Leads Polls

According to Dutch opinion polls, if parliamentary elections were held today the Freed Party (PVV) of populist leader Geert Wilders would become the largest party. The PVV has 27 seats in the polls, while the Christian Democrats — the largest party in the governing coalition — has 26.

He has been rising in the polls since the Amsterdam appeals court decided to try Wilders for anti-Muslim comments six weeks ago. He was also in the news because Great Britain denied him entry.

GeenStijl has reported on this sensational news, and sends Geert Wilders its congratulations.

The parties represented in the graph above are:

Brown: PVV, Party for Freedom
Yellow: CDA, Christian Democrats
Red: PvdA, Socialists (Labour)
Blue: VVD, (Center-left) Liberals
Dark Grey: D66, Democrats (Multiculturalist Liberals)
Light grey: SP, Socialist Party (Hamas supporters)
Green: GreenLeft, (Militant) Leftwing environmentalists
Pink: CHU, Christian Historic Union (Leftwing Christians)
Dark yellow: TON, Conservative party, of the former VVD Integration Minister Rita Verdonk

Thanks for posting this.
I could only find the Dutch version in the news yesterday.
Good job, MP Wilders.

Dumb liberal elites. They always think they have us "Proles"on their side. Their naivety will be their undoing.

UK insult is more worth than any local islamic insult. Simply more focussed? It is "about the language".
UK spoke volumes.

Invest your political hopes in minor countries. It is more difficult to be dumb on a little spot of land?

Absolutely fantastic news.

I bet Jacqui Smith and her liberal Dutch ilk are kicking themselves now.

Although generally such people only see a decision as democratic when they get the answers they like.

This is great news. Geert wordt onze nieuwe Minister President. Yes!!

For all those who might think that the Dutch are only just waking up to the threat of Islam, I'd like to point out that this stew has already been cookin' for more than a decade now. It is not as if people only began to take notice after the gruesome slaughter of Theo van Gogh in Amsterdam in 2004. Already during the nineties, mainstream party leader Frits Bolkestein warned that multiculturalism wasn't working, that Islam was a problem, and immigration policies had to change. Pim Fortuyn, another politician fiercely opposed to Islam, would have become Prime Minister of the Netherlands in 2002, had he not been assassinated by a leftist who [quote] "Did it to help the Muslims" [at 2min40, Fortuyn warns about Islam, at 3min55 he says "Dan maar ik afgemaakt, ok prima.. maar het probleem meneer, dát blijft!" i.e. "Let them kill me for it, ok fine.. but it is the problem sir, that will remain". He was murdered a few months later.
For several days, the political elites feared the very real possibility of a people's revolt. The party Fortuyn left behind, soon dissolved into insignificance and disarray. That led to a temporary shift of the vote towards the most "stable" party, that of our current Prime Dhimmister, JPB, and that "shift to safety" was prolonged after the assassination of Theo van Gogh in 2004.

But now, thanks to Geert Wilders, the people of Holland are back on track again. We are wide awake over here, and ready to stand tall with Geert ;)

Kind regs from Amsterdam, forever city of Theo van Gogh (1957 - 2004)

Geert Wilders is being put on trial because he is not a member of the political tribe within Holland. He represents a real choice who would actually try to change things. Therefore he is too dangerous to be allowed to continue.

We should pray that he does not end up like Pim Fortuyn or Theo van Gogh. John F Kennedy made a statement that "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable". We shall see if Kennedy was right.

Excellent news. The more we buzz around Geert the more voices he gets so keep on sending SITA mails to the dhimmis ofAmsterdam.

Every citizen should be a soldier. This was the case with the Greeks and Romans, and must be that of every free state. (Thomas Jefferson)

Don't forGeert Wilders!
Stop talking, start acting.
Isn't Geert's freedom worth a stamp?

If Geert Wilders falls, then Freedom of speech is dead in western countries. We are launching an extensive International Action SITA including two possible texts ; one comparing Wilders and Winston Churchill and another Wilders and Charlie Chaplin:

Wilders/Charlie:http://tinyurl.com/CooXBH

To support Geert Wilders and our dearly acquired freedoms please participate to the 2 suggested actions and transmit this message to your friends owners of a website in order they publish it.

An other way to support Geert Wilders is to give some money. To donate: http://www.geertwilders.nl

LAST RESULTS

SITA action in support to Geert Wilders, report N°2 (25/02/2009)
It's already one month ago (21/01-->25/02) we have been launching an international SITA action in support to Geert Wilders the "Voltaire" of four time.
The beginning success with 2 large peaks of 400 views(01/26/09) then 300(02/07/09) is confirmed with presently more than 3000 views..
Still better, our SITA websites (coranix.org and SITAmnesty.wordpress.com) have been visited=2 0by Dutch Ministery of Justice:
http://tinyurl.com/agl2kn
http://tinyurl.com/agl2kn
It's clearly the proof SITA mails are disturbing Dutch authorities. So much better it's our aim.
Let's forget peaks, from now on we must keep on sending from time to time (once a week or month) a SITA mail in order the dhimmis from Amsterdam receive every day one or two letters, not necessaryly an amount. Think about the drop of water falling regularly at the same place and capable to make a hole in the hardest rock.
For example you could send a SITA mail every month at the date of you birthday so it would be an almost random process. A little effort from every one and a great success for all of us. Let's maintain the pressure.
