He was very briefly appointed to the Virginia Commission on Immigration, until allegations of his affiliation with the Muslim Brotherhood surfaced, along with a videotape of his rantings against Israel.If you attend the press conference and take photos or have text to share, feel free to send them along to us and we’ll use them in a report.

WASHINGTON, DC - Sept. 27, 2007 (MASNET) — Dr. Esam Omeish, Virginia physician and President of the Muslim American Society (MAS), America’s largest grassroots Muslim organization, will hold a press conference Friday, September 28, 2007, at 11:00 AM, at the Homestead Suites, 4850 Leesburg Pike, Alexandria, VA.
Dr. Omeish will address his resignation from the Governor of Virginia’s Immigration Commission.
The Virginia Commission on Immigration was set up to study the impact of illegal immigration on the State of Virginia.

Wake up America--Wake UP! As Sherwood Anderson once wrote about the wisdom of his mother, '...she taught me to see beneath the surface of things...'
