Below is a video recording of the speech given by Magdi Allam at the Brussels Conference on July 9, 2012.

MEP Magdi Allam is an Egyptian apostate from Islam who now lives in Italy. He converted to Roman Catholicism and was baptized during the Vatican’s 2008 Easter Vigil service in St. Peter’s Basilica presided over by Pope Benedict XVI.

Baron,
When are we going to see a video of your speech, ‘Free Speech After Breivik’? Of all the speeches posted so far, I liked yours best, closely followed by Tommy’s.

Also, thanks for printing a transcript of Tommy’s speech. When he said he was out of his comfort zone, he was not kidding. Everyone else was comfortable with sitting in front of the microphone, Tommy was not. I thought poor Elizabeth’s arms were going to fall off while trying to hold that desk microphone up for him.

When I watched his speech, I only understood about half of it. When I read it, the most absurd thing that came out was muslims being fined fifty pounds for burning the poppy and Tommy being fined three hundred and fifty pounds for trying to stop it. I thought at first that England does not have a ‘Citizen’s Arrest’ law. After doing some research, I found out that this is not true. They have a law called ‘Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE)’. That must be why they charged him with assaulting a police officer.

All in all, a great conference. Thanks for spending the donor’s money on so good a cause.

I don't know if my speech was videotaped. I was on the podium the whole time with Elisabeth, and people videotaping were out there in the seating area.

But if there is footage of it, and Vlad YouTubes it, I'll post it. Everything we have will get posted eventually.
