A Libyan immigrant had only been in Australia for a month when he committed a series of sexual assaults against women and girls, some as young as 13. The judge took into account the cultural differences that made him aroused and unable to control himself around the lewd behavior and appearance of Australian females. He has been sentenced to five years in jail, and must serve at least three.
In other news, unrest continues in Hohhot, the capital of Inner Mongolia, which is a province of Red China. Despite government repression, demonstrators took to the streets to protest economic and environmental issues. Large protests have been staged in other cities all across China.
