The Swiss Referendum on Deportation

Below is a news report from Swiss television about today’s referendum on the deportation of convicted foreign criminals.

It appears that the Swiss not only know something of cuckoo clocks but of cuckoos' eggs.

Let the deportations begin!

Only about 1/4 of the voting population voted for the deportation. From our point of view the vote was won, but I was disappointed with the low turnout and the split.
