Gates of Vienna News Feed 5/21/2010Now that the official report has been made public identifying a North Korean torpedo as the cause of the explosion and sinking of a South Korean naval vessel, the Norks are defiant and belligerent, promising “total war” if the United States or South Korean retaliates. The Obama administration is sending signals that it will not respond with any severity, saying that there is as yet no military alert.

In other news, the Dalai Lama describes himself as a “Marxist” and says that Marxism has “moral ethics, whereas capitalism is only how to make profits.”

Perish the thought of how this saffron enrobed blighter raises the bulk of his financial support while wading among our profit obsessed Capitalist cess pits. Here's hoping he manages to avoid staining the hem of his precious robe with any of our hard earned $h!t.

Even more curious is how this self-proclaimed "Marxist" is at such odds with having his homeland appropriated by the world's foremost practitioners of Marxism. One would think he should welcome his Communist Chinese overlords with open arms.
