Man Charged Over Town Stabbings

A 19-year-old man has been charged with seven counts of attempted murder following a number of stabbings in Keighley, police have said.

Raheem Nawaz is due to appear before magistrates on Monday following two separate incidents in which eight people were injured.

A 44-year-old woman is in hospital in a serious but stable condition, and a 24-year-old man is described as stable.

The attacks were in Victoria Street and North Street on Thursday and Friday.
