An Apprehensive Christmas in Iraq

The following news report from CNN is a reminder that the removal of Saddam Hussein was not a boon for the Christians of Iraq. In the absence of a strongman to protect them, they have suffered repeated devastating attacks, and many are fleeing the country. According to some reports, the Christian population of Iraq has dropped by about 50% since 2003.
