The British Police officially discourages all lighter skinned people from any acts of self defence or self determination of whatever remains of their "culture".If threatened or attacked the victim should assume a position on your knees immediately and pray for some police interest.Also please remember your attacker may feel disfranchised,try not to offend them by putting up any resistance as you may be perceived as a racist or a right wing bigot.
