There’s a lot of news tonight about the economic crisis, not just in the Eurozone, but all over the world. I’ll cover some of those stories more fully in a separate post.
In other news, at least two arrests have been made in Australia for the flogging attack on a man in his bedroom. The victim, a recent convert to Islam, had allegedly enjoyed an alcoholic beverage with some friends. To punish him, four bearded zealots from his Sydney mosque broke into his bedroom, and three of them held him down while the fourth gave him forty lashes with a length of electrical cable.
Police are investigating the incident.
