Despite brutal suppression by the security services, the protests in Syria are continuing, and even increasing. Demonstrations were staged again in Damascus and Deraa, and police reportedly fired on protesters in Homs.
In other news, a number of Salafist protesters were injured during clashes with police in the city of Zarqa in eastern Jordan. In Bahrain, four soccer players were suspended four joining the protests against the regime.
Meanwhile, in North Korea four people were shot for theft, including one person who stole a quart of oil from a transformer, and another who stole a hundred pounds of corn.

France stops trains bringing Islamic infestation: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-13109631
‘WDH has a stance of neutrality. We now have different faiths, new emerging cultures. We have to be respectful of all views and beliefs.’
As WDH turns a blind eye to islam while simultaneously breaking a Christian's cross.
Ummm yahuh. Welcome to the New World Administrative Order. Please check your Reason at the door, do as you are told by your higher ups and all will be peaceful and unifying.
Funny how Jews and Christians get regressed and despiritualized under the 'unity in diversity' regime. Well, we all know that islam is a forward progression of 'god's' revelation on earth, so obviously islam is better than Judaism and Christianity. It's just logical progression of faith. Right?
And thus Christianity is being smashed on the altar of spiritual precedence to be replaced with the 'accepted' successor of Jesus, mohammad and his 'issa', the replacement jesus.
It has always been about getting Christians to accept mohammad and desensitizing the West in preparation for muslim migration under the banner of 'inclusiveness'.
China: Fellowes, American Stationery Giant, Brought to Its Knees in China
And some days later, in the dead of night, a truck entered the facility and stole some of the million-dollar manufacturing tools used to make the shredders, some of which weigh several tons. The joint venture partner “proceeded to destroy our business,” according to James Fellowes, the CEO, at a Congressional Hearing on March 31.
Too bad that Fellowes, in his greedy rush to increase profits, didn't give more consideration to how China has virtually institutionalized the constant theft of intellectual property, routine copyright violation and unhindered patent infringement.
What was he expecting? Did he really think that there is no downside to dallying with America's declared economic enemy?
Fellowes should have payed closer attention to the way that Motorola took a several hundred million dollar bath when it finally backed out of fabricating integrated circuits in China and handed over a billion dollar silicon foundry to known intellectual property thief SMIC (Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation) for a paltry few hundred million dollars.
Small motor manufacturer Briggs and Stratton learned the hard way when an internal investigative team sent by them discovered that their Chinese manufacturing facility had been rewired with a complete secondary source of three phase electricity so that pirated second and third shift operations would not show any power consumption on the installation's original electrical utility meters.
The list of these egregious business violations by China is as long as the roster of American politicians that are bought off like the street corner whores that they are by American firms doing business with the Chinese.
By shopping at Wal-Mart and other purveyors of largely Chinese merchandise Americans, in their suicidal cost sensitivity, are saving pennies as they sell their jobs overseas and spend their way into unemployment.

Unfortunately, now-a-days, Wal-Mart sells pretty much the same stuff as any other store. We just have to pay attention to what we're buying, and not buy the cheap c**p made in China.
If my gummint is taxing me more and more, leaving less and less disposable income, and I can buy an American made weed-whacker at Wal-Mart for 10% less than I can buy the exact same model at Sears, why would I buy at Sears?
(Maybe not the exact same brand/color, but the same base model sold under another brand name...)
Ever try to buy an American made LCD TV that was worth anything? Same TV at electronics boutique is 20% higher than at Wal-Mart.
Home appliances the same deal. Same stuff at Wal-Mart as at the appliance store, just cheaper.
Although, Target has been competing and challenging Wal-Mart quite well, lately.
I bought some automotive maintenance stuff the other day. Same stuff as at the auto-parts store, only cheaper.
So even if I stopped buying at Wal-Mart, I'd still be buying basically the same products, but just paying more.
