At the siege of Vienna in 1683 Islam seemed poised to overrun Christian Europe. We are in a new phase of a very old war.

Andrew Bostom on the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt
Dr. Andrew Bostom appeared earlier today on America’s Morning News Radio with John McCaslin and Amy Holmes. He was asked to supply some background on the Muslim Brotherhood, and did so with his customary expertise. He also had occasion to voice his emphatic disagreement with Ralph Peters about what is happening now in Egypt.
Many thanks to Vlad Tepes for YouTubing the audio track from the program, accompanied by some appropriate video footage:
"Our central US foreign policy concern is the stability of the Peace Treaty with Israel. At the end of the day if required--- we would go to war to prevent the annihilation of the Israelis. This would be a terrible outcome for the entire region.
And--- oh by the way---there is the matter of the Suez Canal and the flow of oil to a Europe with an increasingly ant-Israeli political stance."
Seems as if the media is setting it up for al-barradei to be the next President of Egypt. Think Shapour Bakhtiar - an interim front man for an Islamic takeover. Dr. Shalit

Ralph Peters knows how bad the MB is. He is talking strategy--how to deal with the MB since they are part of Egyptian political system.
