Gates of Vienna News Feed 12/3/2010One of the revelations contained in the latest batch of Wikileaks documents was that Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi’s health has been negatively affected by his “party animal” lifestyle and a chronic lack of sleep. Mr. Berlusconi assured the press, however, that he never attends any “wild parties”, and besides, his health is fine.

In other news, German Chancellor Angela Merkel warned that her country may have to withdraw from the euro if the EU debt crisis does not abate. 60% of the German public wants the Deutschmark back, according to the latest polls.
