I don’t know if this positive news has been presented on GoV yet.
I learned about it today after reading an article in Verdens Gang (one of the biggest newspapers in Norway). It seems that the Norwegian authorities from now on will deny Saudi Arabia the right to financially support the construction of any new mosques in Norway. The Norwegian authorities justify this decision with Saudi Arabia’s unwillingness to allow churches to be built in their own country and the lack of religious freedom.
A small step in the right direction.
