The good news of the day is that Sverigedemokraterna (the Sweden Democrats) have moved up in the latest polls, and are now projected to have 6.5% of the vote. With the opposing coalitions split almost evenly, this will make SD the “power brokers” after September’s election.
In other news, for the first time in Australian history, a witness has asked to be allowed to testify in court while wearing a full burqa. The judge has not yet decided whether she will grant the woman’s request.
