The CIA has issued a warning about the increased danger posed by a local chapter of Al Qaeda in Yemen. Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, is calling for the Lebanese government to build nuclear power plants. A Saudi preacher is decrying the practice of hiring women as cashiers, and wants shoppers to boycott stores that employ them. And, if that’s not enough, the UAE is gearing up to export camel’s milk to the European Union, as soon as the EU can process the relevant paperwork.
In other news, the Mounties raided a house in Ottawa early this morning and arrested two men who are suspected of planning terrorist attacks for Al Qaeda.
