Below is a short documentary film that examines Muslim attitudes in Germany about the abuse of women. The report looks at the physical punishment of women for disobedience, as well as rape, forced marriage, kidnapping of women, and violence against children.

In the second video, at 6:09, you'll see that Derya (the Turkish woman who left her Turkish husband) is wearing a cross.
Interesting. The program didn't comment on that point, but the camera moved panned slowly up and took long enough for the cross to be clearly seen. Perhaps it's part of her new identity?
