Pakistan? Nope.
Saudi Arabia? Wrong.
It must be Iran, then, right?
No, it was the UK; more specifically, in the heart of England.
Now’s the time to take “FID. DEF.” off all of the coinage, because what little is left of the Christian faith in Britain is no longer being defended by Her Majesty or anyone else.
According to The Daily Mail:
Schoolboys punished with detention for refusing to kneel in class and pray to Allah
Two schoolboys were given detention after refusing to kneel down and ‘pray to Allah’ during a religious education lesson.
Parents were outraged that the two boys from year seven (11 to 12-year-olds) were punished for not wanting to take part in the practical demonstration of how Allah is worshipped.
They said forcing their children to take part in the exercise at Alsager High School, near Stoke-on-Trent — which included wearing Muslim headgear — was a breach of their human rights.
One parent, Sharon Luinen, said: “This isn’t right, it’s taking things too far.
“I understand that they have to learn about other religions. I can live with that but it is taking it a step too far to be punished because they wouldn’t join in Muslim prayer.
“Making them pray to Allah, who isn’t who they worship, is wrong and what got me is that they were told they were being disrespectful.
“I don’t want this to look as if I have a problem with the school because I am generally very happy with it.”
This is the part I don’t understand. Is this cognitive dissonance, or what?
The school is OK, and we’re happy with it, except that it forces our children to pray to Allah??
Wot th’ — ?!
The article continues:
- - - - - - - - -
Another parent Karen Williams said: “I am absolutely furious my daughter was made to take part in it and I don’t find it acceptable.
“I haven’t got a problem with them teaching my child other religions and a small amount of information doesn’t do any harm.
“But not only did they have to pray, the teacher had gone into the class and made them watch a short film and then said ‘we are now going out to pray to Allah’.
“Then two boys got detention and all the other children missed their refreshment break because of the teacher.
“Not only was it forced upon them, my daughter was told off for not doing it right.
“They’d never done it before and they were supposed to do it in another language.”
These children were evidently made to pray in Arabic.
“My child has been forced to pray to Allah in a school lesson.” The grandfather of one of the pupils in the class said: “It’s absolutely disgusting, there’s no other way of putting it.
“My daughter and a lot of other mothers are furious about their children being made to kneel on the floor and pray to Islam. If they didn’t do it they were given detention.
“I am not racist, I’ve been friendly with an Indian for 30 years. I’ve also been to a Muslim wedding where it was explained to me that alcohol would not be served and I respected that.
The mandatory Multicultural disclaimers: I’m not racist. I support diversity in schools and the workplace. Some of my best friends are Muslims.
BUT…
“But if Muslims were asked to go to church on Sunday and take Holy Communion there would be war.”
Too right. One of the characteristics of Multiculturalism in the West is that tolerance flows in only one direction.
Imagine if these children had been required to sing “Joy to the World” at Christmas, or proclaim “Alleluia, Christ is risen!” at Easter. The cries of outrage would have been heard from Land’s End to John o’ Groats.
And the school administration is mind-bogglingly clueless:
Parents said that their children were made to bend down on their knees on prayer mats which the RE teacher had got out of her cupboard and they were also told to wear Islamic headgear during the lesson on Tuesday afternoon.
Deputy headmaster Keith Plant said: “It’s difficult to know at the moment whether this was part of the curriculum or not. I am not an RE teacher, I am an English teacher.
“At the moment it is our enterprise week and many of our members of staff are away.
“The particular member of staff you need to speak to isn’t around. I think that it is a shame that so many parents have got in touch with the Press before coming to me.
“I have spoken to the teacher and she has articulately given me her version of events, but that is all I can give you at the moment.”
There’s more to this appalling article, but that’s all I can take for the moment. Read it and weep.

That's amazing. That's a rather decent flash poll of 'who will resist becoming dhimmi in twenty years' though. Apparently around 2 in every 20 kids. Also, the parents were so busy apologizing and explaining they weren't racists, they hardly sounded defiant or free themselves.
This illuminates once again who the enemy is, and it is not the unchanging clumsy tyranny of the Muslims but rather the clever tyranny of the left. They would be desroying the culture with or without Muslims, and the last two centuries show their ingenuity.
We are now waiting to learn the name and religion of that teacher. Either way it will be interesting.
Come on UK! Whats happening over there? This can not go on. Have you completely lost your pride? If you dont get up and do something about this ASAP you are lost!
What a tragedy.
This is definitely a Leftist phenomenon. If Muslim immigration hadn't occurred en masse, then the kids would be forced to worship, say, Gaia. And they'd be down on their knees in front of the globe.
Whatever they concocted, it would be strident and obscene, and it would be ABC -- Anything But Christianity -- which, as we know is a murderous, superstitious death cult.
It wasn't even a Muslim school? Truly astonishing.
I live in the UK Myself, when are people going to stand up to this? The UK is too far gone. I want to leave. Any nice American women out there looking for a charming British husband?
To everyone here who reads this post, I would highly recommend you email the school with your concerns admin@alsagerschool.co.uk and even call if you feel like spending the coin +44 01270 871100
You'll get a recording as the school is on holiday this week, but you can leave a message.
That's one bloody hopeless country. Churchill must be spinning in his grave.
Every little probe like this is to test the weakening will of the dhimmis.
These experiments are teaching the Mohammedans that they can expand with near-impunity, but must sometimes be a little more cautious.
Getting the kids to recite the Shahada (the one line oath of fealty to Islam) is more innocuous-seeming and works better.
And then, technically, the kids are all Muslim.
mariposa-
Churchill must be puking in his sepulchre.
Disgusting!
It's never gone until it's gone. Remember that only death and taxes are inevitable. :)
They keep pushing. My gut tells me they're pushing too far and too soon, and a few more pushes will see a simple revolt. Bring it on, I say. Push some more. Every new push, every new "idea" forced down on the nation adds that extra ounce of pressure and sooner or later it'll just go bang.
Graham Dawson-
Amen to that brother! If one is to believe the comments you read from Brits in the daily rags that time is fast approaching. All you need is another couple of years worth of failed state horror stories like those that have come out in just the last few days. Gotta go now. Its time for my July 4th medium well 3 inch thick steak. Carnivores unite!
Archonix,
What evidence is there that the Brits, or any one in the EU, will actually snap and start to fight back? My bet is that they are simply too pacified and too afraid of being called "racists" to resist Islamization. They may even come to believe that conversion is the ultimate act of atonement for their sins. Not real sins mind you, just the ones their PC Leftist governments have convinced them they are guilty of.
Unless I see some real evidence of self confidence, pride, Hell, even awareness of their potential fate I won't believe there is any hope for them.
c
No evidence, just a gut feeling. You can feel the anger in the air these days, just sort of floating there. It's a lot like the days right before the poll tax riots, which I just about remember, but this time it's being bottled up for far longer than it was then. Those riots were entirely spontaneous and for a couple of days it looked like the government was going to lose control of several major cities. They were even talking about sending in the army at one point.
You just have to look at the anti-islam, pro-english, pro-freedom comments that get through on the BBC "have your say" forums, for example, with the realisation that for everyone that does get through a dozen or more are censored and never appear. People are angry, they are trying to protest but there isn't a reliable outlet for them here. Blogs haven't graduated to the powerful force they represent in the states. The media and the government try to gloss things over and tell them they're all alone in their thoughts. It won't last. A point will come when people just go outside one day and start breaking things.
Even in these modern times the englishman will be so very courteous toward you, giving you every chance to see that you are making the wrong choice and pushing the wrong idea too far. He'll wait for so long that you'll think he's acquiesced to your mad scheme. And then he'll kill you.
But yes, just a feeling.
Graham,
Thanks for the report (or should I say forecast?). Anyway, what did happened during the poll tax riots? More concretely, in what ways did the people riot?
The video says it all.
Maybe I'm misremembering some elements, I'm not sure now. I do remember that my parents were very worried, and my mother kept bringing up the time she'd been working in Paris during the student riots there. Anyway people just went out and started attacking anything that looked like it was connected to the government.
Myself, I hate these stories--a bit like hating the devil, but yet I do hate them. What can one do?
What are we supposed to say (other than scold the Usual Suspects )?
We could Heap Abuse on the people of Britain for acting like the 'frog in the pot of boiling water': allowing themselves to be absorbed into the Ummah. That would accomplish a lot......
Whatever elite it is which rules the nations of Europe--and North America--is DETERMINED to create One World with No Nations, for the purpose of eliminating war and securing their elevated positions.
Nations are an obstacle to them, as is any sort of ethnic or cultural identity. We are all ONLY customers, consumers, and 'earners of income', with no cultural or national or ethnic--or Christian--heritage to distinguish ourselves from our fellow 'citizens of the planet'
God, I'm sick of hearing myself say this sort of thing, because bitter truths, however banal, can erode any man's spirit.
Yes, that video said it all. How nice if that sort of riot would happen in protest against Islamization. That would mean a real break through.
So maybe the revolution will start in Britain. It won't be in France or in Sweden, that's for sure. The people are not made of the right sort of stuff. And Holland doesn't look like it either. And in Denmark the people are not that pushed down. We have Italy though, but also there the government is already acting in the interest of the people. And in Spain they are all drunken on crazy liberalism. And the Germans are more mentally pushed down than any other nation.
No the revolution will start in Britain. The only other country that comes close is Holland. The conditions for the thing to spark is lined out here. There need to be people that fight back.
Belgium is also a country to keep the eyes on. But in that case it I think it will be more of a political fight for separation of the Flanders. Doesn't look like the place where we can expect street wars in the near future. And if it would happen, I expect it could lead to a separation and things would calm down.
No, Britain seems to be it (me an Fjordman have come to this conclusion many times in our discussions about this). And watching this video emphasizes that impression.
Such a riot against Islamization would open a Pandora's Box. First of all, the whole matter comes in the open, large scale, in the news etc. The strength of the people, and the weakness of the ruling nomenklatura will be shown. Then, in the next step, many participants will be prosecuted according to anti-hate laws, which in turn will spark a huge debate in criticism of these illegitimate laws. So the effect of the riot will multiply.
Also it will have broken the ice and shown the way. Soon there will be many similar protests and riots around Europe.
Maybe we should put our focus on Britain, and do all we can to inform the people there about the goings-on, in order to p*ss them off sufficiently, so that the pressure cooker will boil over.
Another advantage with Britain is that I cannot see America going in and bombing Britain for having become too fascist. If the European counter-revolution starts in Britain, it will take the sting out of the Ralph Peters who want to go in and bomb Europe in order to safe-guard the "poor" Muslims. It would look too hypocritical even for a neocon to go in and bomb Holland or Flanders for something, where Britain is already one step ahead.
The other country to keep focus on is Italy. But here it's more about lobbying and informing the people of the government parties.
mariposa: Churchill must be spinning in his grave.
Well, that certainly explains the persistent, high pitched whirring sound I keep hearing in the background.
The teacher and school administrators involved in this travesty all should be horsewhipped.
Archonix: They keep pushing. My gut tells me they're pushing too far and too soon...
Considering how totally lacking the MME (Muslim Middle East) is in the way of large nuclear arsenals, I'd say "much too far and much too soon."
As a person who took part in bloody uprising (1956 Hungary) I strongly believe that emotional incentives or stimulus, moral "outrage", intellectual disagreement with the system and the likes are insufficient motivation for forceful protest or uprising.
As long as they have "bread" most people will obey and submit ("I have to feed my kids!)....
The revolt will occur only when economical situations turns abysmal:
from the American Tea party, all the way trough Germany, Russia every single revolt had economical justification and reason.
Interestingly how many poster simply ignore the economics as provoking role in the human behavior that leads to uprising.
Bela,
Thant's a good point. And I have a lot of respect for your experience.
When I saw the video of the Poll Tax Riot is that if we are going to get riots on this scale we need to get trigger the left-wing into action. You see the left riots and wreaks havoc irrespective of the bread issue. At WTO or EU summits, in Nice, Seattle, etc. And the left-wing can be turned against the multicultural world order. Just look at the force of the anti-Obama movement with the Deomcratic party. The leftist/liberal mythology of all "minority" interests (immigrants, women, gays, blacks, Muslims) being common and never conflicting (against the middle-aged white man with power or money) is cracking apart. The pro-Hillary people who have been waiting all their life for a female president are furious. Well, they depict the Obama campaign as misogynic. But never mind the pretext, the important thing is that people are raging and rioting.
We need to find a twist that triggers the left-wing. Communists/Greens and/or working class hooligans are good foot soldiers here. Their identity is also in opposition to the current order (false consciousness but who cares). The way to trigger the ticking bomb is to show how Islamization is completely in opposition to true liberalism/socialism. Against the interests of women, gays and enlightenment ideals. What we need is a battering ram to break through the wall. Once that is done, the rest is much easier.
Multi-culti is a cult of ignorance. It doesn't require you to know anything, except being "open" and "tolerant".
There was another famous man who was "open" and "tolerant." His name was JIM JONES. He participated in new-age rituals and spiritualism in the early 1950's and then began to think he was the reincarnation of Buddha, Lenin, and Jesus. By the end of his life he thought he was in contact with "discarnate extra-terrestrial entities" i.e. demons.
When you give yourself over to a vague idea of "tolerance" and "openness" the demons get in and begin to act. The complete irrationality displayed in the arrest of the makers of "Undercover Mosque" is a dark sign of the times.
The 20th century saw many instances of mass-murder, the 21st century is seeing mass-suicide.
Conservative Swede stated: "So maybe the revolution will start in Britain. "
In a small way . . .it already has. Two very young boys bravely faced down the establishment denying Islamic propaganda it's opportunity. 11 and 12 year old boys bravely stood their ground. BRAVO.
It would be great if these boys, their families, friends & faculty caught wind of the growing number of people around this globe who recognize these two Alsager High School boys' brave defiance towards Islamic indoctrination foisted upon their classmates.
Do it like the Alsager High School boy's - JUST SAY NO to Islamic indoctrination.
heroyalwhyness: Do it like the Alsager High School boy's - JUST SAY NO to Islamic indoctrination.
Basing counter-jihad upon telling people to, "just say no" is like telling the army to, "just say bang!"
Fortunately, the two of us are so often in such fundamental agreement that I doubt this small dispute will cause any rift.
Zenster - agreed.
Clearly, the counter-jihad effort has countless fronts. The slogan is useful for kids. These lads, just 11 & 12 have fought their first battle through instinct alone. A mere pittance in the looming battles, to be sure, but its a necessary & welcome start.
And I want these two boys to know their efforts are greatly appreciated by many who will read about this in the Daily Mail article or at any of the many blog entries carrying this story.
Our youth already suffer the fallout of prior weak kneed generations (pun intended). These
Alsager High School boys have done good, and their parents ought to be proud of their boys and remain vigilant.
The story has been confirmed by the Daily Telegraph
, and the teachers name is Alison Philips who, it is understood, "...is believed to be staying away from the school until the furore dies down."
With regard Bela's comment, economic conditions are turning dire already, and the cost of living is getting difficult. The time you talk about may not be far off.
With the ascent of the EU we should not think in nation-state terms any longer: wherever people start to protest or revolt there will be immediate and crushing response by the “EU Police-nation” because obedience is the foundation of the alliance. Remember ‘68 the Prague Spring when in the name of the “International Socialist Solidarity”, the “boss ”, the Russians ordered all the Warsaw pact nations to invade Czechoslovakia. Don’t forget the Belgian police brutal beatings of protesting members of the European
parliament. The Belgians did not show any respect for fellow European dignitaries they jus beat them up.
Please be realistic: the disease is far more advanced than one might think: don’t loose from site that those who are ushering the forced Islamisation are elected by the people, thus there are wide support for this rot; -
we are approaching to some form of clash but it's still far from a cataclysmic event.
Bela,
As long as they have "bread" most people will obey and submit ("I have to feed my kids!)....
The revolt will occur only when economical situations turns abysmal.
I though about this again, and came to the conclusion that you are simply wrong here.
Look at the video of the Poll Tax Riot again. Is that what you see in that video: people who have taken to the streets because they have no bread, because they cannot feed their kids anymore? Well, of course not.
The attacks on the Gypsy camps in Ponticelli. Did they happen because the people of Napoli were out of bread and feared that they would not be able to feed their kids? Well, of course not.
The pogroms against Jews in late 19th and early 20th century. Did they happen because the people were out of bread and feared that the would not be able to feed their kids? Well, of course not.
Yes, lack of bread and fear of not being able to feed the kids certainly brings people to the streets. But there are numerous examples where this is not at all part of the picture. Other reasons for people to take it to the streets is for simply being sufficiently p*ssed off. There is also the aspect of having fun and getting a huge adrenaline kick (study for example the wealthy middle-class kids in so-called anti-globalist riots). Surely responsible family fathers won't be the first ones to run to the streets if the issue is not bread. But there are plenty enough of people who will, once the pressure cooker has boiled over.
So good news Bela, you were wrong!
The EU doesn't yet have the necessary numbers of force in place to quell an uprising, which means they'd have to operate through the local police and armed forces, who may or may not be sympathetic to the cause behind that uprising. It's unpredictable.
Yes, there's the Eurogendarme but it's got virtually no equipment yet. It is designed to counter these precise circumstances but it won't be in a position to do that for several years. There's still a window of opportunity.
And, whatever the politics might be, the nations that defined the slowly disappearing states still exist and are still coherent enough to stand up for themselves if they want to. The question remains, will they do so? Some days I believe they will, others I doubt but I never make the mistake of underestimating the will. Comparing with the Soviet Union doesn't work. The Soviets had a huge, indoctrinated army to send in to crush rebellion. The EU has the Single European Tank and they won't have access to the massive Turkish army for several years yet.
I wonder if they'll start moving and mixing regiments and armies to try and break national ties. An army has far less compunction about shooting people if it doesn't know any of them. It worked for the Persians.
UK sniffer dogs to wear bootees to avoid causing offense
More grovelling in the UK - makes me proud to be English! More votes for the BNP from this one, lovely jubbly!
No Bela, Graham is right. There are no Eurogendarme in operation today, or in the nearest future.
But I really hope will have a Eurogendarmerie in operation as soon as possible, because it will be the answer to all our prayers.
Just imagine the first time they come in and check an unrest with their batons in their riot equipment. Wow! On top of the impression of police brutality there will be the impression of a foreign invasion. A Eurogendarmerie will not quench riots, it will cause them!
Oh, they glory day when we have Eurogendarmes in operation!
No the EU is not a EUSSR comparable to a Soviet empire. Instead we are in a situation like the Hindus occupied by the British empire. A Eurogendarmerie won't massacre people when things go out of hand (which they will, because a Eurogendarmerie will cause riots). Instead the will back off in shame and be left as puzzled as the Brits ended up in India.
The day we have a Eurogendarmerie in place is the day to start the counter-revolution. No not some complicated ideological manifestation against Islamization, all above ordinary people's heads. A manifestation about a concrete thing, like these two boys being punished for not praying to Allah. The day Eurogendarmes are in place we should all go to England and hand out flyers for such a manifestation. This will be the start of the revolution.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are discussing a hypothetical future scenario, that is, a fiction, so my guess is just as valid or real possibility than that of yours. My way of thinking is imbued by the E. European experience which is a bloody and violent one yet it is integral part of the European heritage.
The future of the EU is still open question and unless one belongs to the Haruspex priesthood - who attempted to foretell the future, especially by examining the entrails of animals - for the common man the future is unknowable.
Bela,
We are discussing a hypothetical future scenario, that is, a fiction, so my guess is just as valid or real possibility than that of yours.
Guessing based on false premises is obviously less valid.
Btw, I hate it when people apply stupid egalitarianism to matters of truth. Go back to the French Revolution with you!
The relativism of everybody's opinion being just as valid/true is of course the spiritual sister of the idea that every culture is as valid/true. Oh, under the temple of egalitarianism there is nothing that is objectively better! False premises are just as good as correct logic. If just enough relativistic egalitarians sit together holding hands and say so at the same time.
Bela,
My comment above stems, not only from my dislike of all sorts of egalitarian relativism, but from that fact that I think this discussion is too important to be blurred.
C.S:
Care to explain in plain English the meaning of this sentence:
"when people apply stupid egalitarianism to matters of truth. Go back to the French Revolution with you!"
As soon as we leave the mundane world and entering esoteric territory like foretelling the future, words have different meaning for each individual depending the person intellectual or educational level.
I simply cannot comprehend the connection between "stupid egalitarianism," and the story of Robespierre as something that foreshadows future events.
May be I am an intellectually inferior species - which is not a sin - but I could not decipher what you wanted to say.
Regards
Bela,
Reasoning based on false premises is always strictly inferior to reasoning on correct premises. Also when trying to predict the future.
If in weather forecasting someone claims that since we live on planet Mars we can expect a temperature of -100°C. Then we can discard this "prognosis" completely, simply by the fact that it is based on a false premise.
Then if someone comes up and says the this "forecast" is equally good as the one saying that we will have 25°C (same as today), that they are equally valuable and valid since we cannot know anything about the weather tomorrow. Well, that's the moment when I release the safety-catch of my Browning.
Different prognoses are not equally valuable and valid. Of course, old ladies at a coffee klatch would say that they are, but that doesn't make it any more true.
And not only Robespierre came from the French Revolution. All sorts of egalitarian nihilism (as above) has its roots there.
Getting back to the question at hand, I think it will be an incident like this one where children are made to perform something so repugnant to their parents as to cause a riot.
Were it my child, I would sue the school for violating my child's rights. I would take it to the press big time and I wouldn't let up. The Islamization of the U.K. can only be stopped at the grass roots level. Interesting that the RE teacher is named Alison... Another useful fool.
Alison needs to be fired and the school board needs to be turned out as their "multiculti diversity pogram" is nothing but a shill for the Islamist way of life in the UK.
Politicians need to be told that they will be voted out of their office; starting at the lower level but, of course, this ground swells up to the highest.
Having raised two boys in public school, I can tell you that news and organization travels fast. People with young children are adept at organizing, they are doing it all the time!
This is, IMHO, exactly the type of issue that will cause a change. I guarantee you that there are other things going on during the school day that are also repugnant if things have gotten so far as to make 12 year olds pray to allah...
Someone from the BNP needs to contact everyone identified with this and help them make a coherent statement (including Alison).
This might not be the one but, the next time just might be. Keep in mind that everyone in the UK that reads this news story has an opinion on it...
Bela,
I'm sorry. I've been in such a mood today that I treated some people unnecessarily hard, and that includes you.
However, I really do hate it when people blur a really good discussion. A parallel example is typical of Swedish people. After a vivid and exciting discussion, there will often be someone who says "but after all I think we all agree about everything". Grrrr...
So what I said stands. I just wish I hadn't thrown the whole French Revolution on top of you.
C.S:
I am not a sensitive person, I don't need PC treatment, say what is on your mind...it's fine with me.
___________________________________
Our dispute revolving around my statement that the legally elected EU elite will not tolerate deviation, revolt or opposition to their stated and covert goals and they will use any means - which include VIOLENCE as well - to crush their adversaries. I regard as a naive belief that should a disturbance occur someplace in the EU then the governing EU would refrain to suppress the revolt and will do nothing. By that time Muslims will be even more numerous (Turkey? Sarko's Mediterranean plan?) so civil war will not transpire.
What is in my narrative you have found as far fetched or unimaginable? What did I blur as per this discussion?
Bela,
I am not a sensitive person, I don't need PC treatment, say what is on your mind...it's fine with me.
No, I was in a particularly ill humoured mood earlier today. I could have played that ball very differently. You definitely didn't deserve that treatment. I'm very sorry.
What did I blur as per this discussion?
The blur was when you said that all predictions are equally good. That's obviously not true.
Regarding your first thesis about "bread" being the only driver of revolt, I first found it interesting. As a hypothesis it was very good. I had to think about it but then I showed that it was not true. It's not the only driver of revolt.
Regarding the EU violently, or otherwise, suppressing revolts. Yes of course they will. But only violence to a certain degree (it's not the CCCP, compare the situation with being a colony under the British empire). If the people who revolt are few they can be marginalized and will pay dearly for their attempt. But if we are many, the whole situation changes. The theater of things is very important here. And this is why a Eurogendarme will be to our advantage. It will make the theater go in our favour, and it would wake up the masses. But the EU might have other tricks up their sleeves. We'll see.
C.S,
Mass revolt can never happen without leaders, organizations, clear ideology, financial support...the list is long. However the situation will never develop into such an advanced stage: anyone who dare to express defiance will be sent to prison at once for "hate act" let it be oral, drawing, blog, written - you name it. The arrest warrant is enforced throughout the EU so there is no escape from it. Wilders was very close to be prosecuted for Fitna even though the whole movie was a simple documentary without invitation to violence.
Only a few disorganized group will revolt and their fate will be what you just wrote:
"If the people who revolt are few they can be marginalized and will pay dearly for their attempt."
I still believe that until the Day of Final Reckoning or until the Judgment Day arrives we are free to dream up even the most bizarre scenarios lest we may obliterate the Muses of Literature.
