Violent anti-American protests continued all day across the Middle East and even in Europe. American embassies and consulates were attacked in Sudan, Egypt, Tunisia, Libya, Morocco, Germany, and other locations. Both the German and American embassies were assaulted in Khartoum. A mob stormed the U.S. embassy in Tunis, which had to be evacuated, and attacked and torched an American school in the city.
In other news, stock markets all over the world rallied dramatically after the announcement that the Fed will initiate another round of Quantitative Easing.
