Millions of illegal immigrants in the United States are using an IRS loophole to receive large refunds for tax credits claimed for numerous nephews and nieces who have never left Mexico. The IRS is aware of the massive fraud, but is doing nothing to try to stem the flow of taxpayers’ money out of the country — estimated at more than $4 billion each year.
In other news, an assassin in the uniform of an Afghan soldier opened fire on his American colleagues in eastern Afghanistan, killing one soldier and wounding two others.

Let's be clear that it is IRS attorneys that are doing nothing. Regular IRS auditors and agents would love to stop this out-flow of money if the attorneys would support them.
