Despite the opposition of Sinn Fein Leader Gerry Adams, the Irish referendum on the new EU fiscal treaty is expected to support the Eurozone regime. The latest polls in Ireland show 47% in favor of the treaty, 35% opposed, and 18% undecided.
In other news, the Chinese have become the single largest source of aid to South Sudan. Before Sudan was divided, China invested extensively in the entire country, due to its oil resources. The aid has followed the oil since the breakup, causing the Chinese to focus on South Sudan.
