She was convicted in Austria - but she lives in Canada. Is Canada going to extradite her to Austria? Is Canada going to enforce the law and carry out the sentence?

She doesn't live in Canada. As I said in the first sentence of the post, she is visiting Canada.
She lives in Vienna.
