The United States military has acknowledged that it cannot prevent jihad fighters from crossing the porous border from Pakistan into Afghanistan. The mountainous terrain and collusion from the local populace make it impossible for NATO to enforce the border. At the minimum, real cooperation would required from Pakistan in order for the influx of Taliban fighters to be cut back.
In other news, financial analysts say that Italy’s debt level is approaching the danger zone, and the country may face a similar crisis to the one that hit Greece and Ireland, and now also faces Portugal and Spain.

More dangerous than al-Qaida, the Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC) is Public Enemy Number One!

As if there has ever been any "real cooperation from Pakistan" since day one of this insanity. Pakistan should be disarmed and returned to India, who should be given the option of deporting its entire population to some other Islamic utopia.
As to that "collusion from the local populace", any assistance to the enemy stops when the "local population" isn't ambulatory enough to provide it anymore. Anyone who colludes with the enemy is fair game for the drones.
Yes, the border is difficult to seal. Putting a serious hurt on those who continue to assist the Taliban is another matter entirely.
