A young woman driver in Australia is on trial for making a false complaint against a police officer. As it happens, the woman was wearing a burka when she was pulled over by the cop, and is now defying the court to prove that she is in fact the person who made the false complaint. It’ll be interesting to see how this one turns out.
In other news, an explosion that occurred yesterday in woodland near Loch Lomond in Scotland may be linked to Al Qaeda. The blast was reported to have caused extensive damage in the woods, and it is thought that jihadis may have been training in the area and testing their explosives. Police and counterterrorism officials are investigating.

Napolitano Considering Allowing Muslim Women to Pat Themselves Down at Airports!
How long would it take until that privilege is given to penis-possessing mahoundians as well? Probably not long... And then we'd all have to brace ourselves for situations like this:
Security screener: Please Mr Hasan, could you kindly pat yourself down?
Mahound Hasan: Yez, kafir.
Security screener: I see there is a big bump there between your legs, Mr Hasan.
Mahound Hasan, adjusting its (not his) dynamite dildo in its underwear: You see, eez because I have veddy beeg deek, yez?
Security screener: Aight, you may proceed. Have a nice flight.
Hijab woman sentenced to six months.
Here.
If you don't mind, I would like to ask a question. It was something that I was wondering about and I didn't know who to ask. Most of the posters here seem to be people that may have a cogent answer!
If European countries are democracies, shouldn't it be up to the citizens of these countries to decide whether immigration continues? And to decide on whether they want to vote for a more "right wing" government?
I ask because for instance, today I read a column in "The Guardian" newspaper from the UK that decries the movement of the electorate to the right of the political spectrum, and that this has to be changed. I thought in a situation like this (in a democracy) it means that the government should be changed?
I'm a South African, so my knowledge of Europe is limited to being a tourist. I would like to add that I have a post graduate qualification, but after researching the possiblilties it seems that the only EU country that I could emigrate to would be Denmark. And that would still be very difficult. How is it that someone with a post grad qualification in the sciences is unwelcome while illiterate idiots are welcome?
A fellow I used to work with, a highly qualified engineer with many years of experience, had to go through an extensive vetting program in order to move to Australia. And this was while Australia were looking for engineers. Meanwhile here in the UK anyone can just arrive and sign on 'the dole'. It's such a nauseating state of affairs I don't even want to think about it, or I won't be fit for my breakfast.

Clandestine army, anyone?

This has to be changed.
You can't change the people. Democracy has one imperative, the people lead, the leaders had better fall in line.
If the community becomes more rightist, and demands the historical dominant space for cultural space for Western civilization, that's just too bad.
The elites and their "immigrant friends" will pout, scream, threaten, and perhaps even fight, but you can't change the people.
Islam doesn't sell.
No one's buying.
Multiculturalism is dead.
Marxism has lost all its authority.
Get over it.
Right now, the solutions we are proposing to the problem of the Islamic threat to the West are very gentle.
The self-righteous religion of peace and its enabling elite had better be happy, lest we decide that the guillotine needs to be brought back out of the closet.
Note the argument presented by the young woman who seeks to hide her identity behind a burka: burkas can be used in the commission of a crime to hide the criminal's identity. That's her defence, is it not? Quite an admission.
